Review Time
I've never experienced such poor delivery service. This isn't a criticism of the individual who delivered it, but I would think twice before using this company again. The delivery person nearly crashed into my garage door, carelessly tossed the package onto my porch, and seemed to avoid being seen on the security camera. They sped out of the driveway, almost colliding with another parked car. This is the worst customer service I've encountered. By the time I got outside, the person had already left. I truly hope that none of my future purchases involve this service. It was dreadful. Thankfully, the package wasn't fragile. I've never seen someone act so indifferent; whether they were in a rush or not, this behavior was unacceptable.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Every time I placed an order online and they handled the delivery, there were always issues. From lost packages to deliveries not made due to an alleged incorrect address. My address is always accurate, and I've never encountered problems with other delivery companies! On one occasion, I ordered items for work, and despite the work location being large and easily identifiable, they delivered my package to a location four blocks away. It's also difficult to reach them for assistance. I raised a complaint, but they seemed indifferent.
My order constantly shows as out for delivery with no real person to contact. The chatbot just apologizes for the delay but keeps stating it's out for delivery for days. The order was never delivered, and now I’m out both money and the product.
Absolutely awful delivery service! This company ruined a little girl's Christmas because one of their drivers was too lazy to deliver a package, even though the address was correct! I've never had issues with other delivery services. I'm appalled by their customer service and how this situation was handled. The package was returned to the seller, and now she's missing her top Christmas item due to the incompetence of this service.
This is by far the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. They are completely inept on all levels, from the warehouse to the delivery. I've waited up to 3 weeks for items, only for packages to be sent back due to 'wrong address'. Other services manage just fine.
This service is a complete joke! We've faced numerous issues with them not delivering to our business, and they always provide excuses for missed deliveries. We even put a sign on our door specifically for the drivers who don’t seem to understand English. I've had similar issues at home. It's disappointing that major retailers are now using them.
The service is truly disappointing. Drivers seem unwilling to deliver to the porch. They either stuff packages into the mailbox (which is a Federal Offense) or toss them into the yard. I've only had a few drivers actually deliver to my porch.
I had a terrible experience with the service!!! Initially, it took them 5 days to retrieve the package from the airport, and my calls yielded no response. After that, it sat in the warehouse for 3 days without any delivery updates. When it was finally scheduled for delivery, 2 days went by with no news. I still don't have my package, and after 3 calls, each time I was told it would arrive the next day. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
