it was a great gift for some one with food allergy. nice xmas 3 box. my only suggestion is if it is a xmas gift don't charge the person who ordered and sent it to the person the order went to, for the next payment. thanks for getting me some of my money back as she didn't not want to reorder it and I couldn't get my full refund.
Highly recommend Urthbox!When I first decided to try Urthbox I only wanted to do one month so I could test it out, so I signed up for the one month subscription and canceled right away. The cancellation process is super easy. After receiving my first box, I was extremely satisfied with the amount of snacks and such that are given, they are all really good, wholesome, great quality snacks that actually taste good. I just resubscribed to a 6 month subscription- again with ease. Customer service, I contacted them due to a discount code not working, and they replied within a couple hours. I found another code while waiting so they looked into my account, saw that, so no further action was needed. Definitely recommend Urthbox!
I have been an Urthbox customer for three years and have never had a box I didn't love. There's always something in there that my wife and kids like, and then I just eat the rest. What's great is there are always healthy snacks in the house!Fantastic customer service as well. Highly Recommend.
I signed up for a one year subscription. I was unable to manage my subscription through UrthBox’s portal (my order history was empty, even though I had an active subscription). And so I had no way to keep track of my subscription and when it would renew, other than the original receipt. I was given no notice that my subscription was up for renewal, and was unable to cancel when I contacted them after my credit card was charged. I would have cancelled before that if I had a way to keep track of my subscription or had been notified that my renewal was upcoming.
Received this subscription as a gift and I was so excited to try new healthy GF snacks. Someone needs to explain the words “healthy” and “snack” to whoever runs this company.The first box was a total disappointment . Half of the items were pure sugar with no nutritional value such as (2) single servings of sprinkles for ice cream, flavored sugar to mix with water, two packages of candy, my mom tried and it was stale. Three items with already expired dates and a couple more that were due to expire within one month. There was also bouillon cubes. When the person who made the purchase called to complain and try to cancel, the “customer support” person refused. And explained that expired items were still good for up to 6 months ( I thought there were FDA rules about this) and sprinkles were indeed a snack as were bouillon cubes. The CS person promised to send out another, larger box for the inconvenience and promised a better experience. So far nothing has arrived and it’s been almost three weeks. The 2nd original monthly box is due soon. To say that I am not looking forward to it is an understatement. So far everything has been thrown away, except one item.
