Customer service was amazing at first. Now we want to have a mobile square to take payments off-site. We have called 6 times, and no one will call us back. Not a deal breaker, just disappointing

I had difficulty starting ESET on my…

I had difficulty starting ESET on my computer. I had it and it lapsed and I immediately renewed it, but never got a way to start the new ESET on my computer. I had to hire my IT person to install it. Not too computer literate here but it is running now ( I think)
