Delivery of the couch has been terrible. There was poor communication in the delivery service and although paid for white glove assembly that was not told. A truck showed up to deliver the couch, driver said he didnt do installation and then drove away with the couch. Communication with Valencia has been extremely poor and consistently valencia and shipping companies have placed blame on different aspects of the delivery system and have not responded in timely manners or returned phone calls. --Update, Valencia tried very hard to push my re-delivery to the next week and after a lot of negotiation a plan was formed to deliver the next day as long as I could help bring the couch up the stairs, then the person doing delivery would do the installation. The next day I received no calls or updates about the delivery and the driver never showed up with my order. I personally called valencia many times and received lots of promises with no results. The day after the no-show delivery I received calls to schedule for the next week. After delivery was completed a week later the couch is too firm for both myself and my girlfriend so we have requested to return the couch. Going through the return process now.
I ordered a three-seat sofa from Valencia and received it on time and while the box looked a bit 'handled', the couch was well packed and in perfect condition. The materials and craftsmanship were higher than I had expected and it isn't even a fair comparison to the similarly priced couches in the typical big-box furniture stores. So long as it ages well (and I'm encouraged by the feel of the leather and firm, but not too firm cushions), I'll be as happy as it gets with this sight-unseen purchase. - Valencia also called me afterwards to make sure that everything went well and I was happy with the product, which I really appreciate.

We are delighted to say that it has exceeded our expectations in both design and comfort. The sofa feels sturdy and well-crafted, exactly as we hoped. Delivery was prompt and as promised. Based on this experience, I would definitely choose Valencia again for future purchases.
Good chair worth the money. Only problem is that the installation video showed the ac plug to be under the chair. The cord was actually in one of the arm wells. Must be a routine problem as their service person knew exactly what the problem was and where to find it. Change your video.
