Review Time
I purchased this as a gift for someone who loves Koi and have been so excited for it to arrive. Now I am not even sure it is a good gift. The quilting has nothing to do with the design. It is just quilted in a random style and in no way features the fish or flowers. The biggest disappointment are the weak colors and lack of the dramatic affect that the company displayed in their photographs.
The nicest thing I can say about this company is their website is lovely. The product? Completely NOT what you see online. The Customer Service? A better question would be "what customer service?". I ordered the Dragonfly Escape "hand-pieced, custom made quilt set" from this company. What came is a poorly screen printed, extremely thin, machine quilted, and definitely NOT hand-pieced blanket that you could pick up at a dollar store for $20 or so, if that. It reminds me of the bed spreads used in cheap hotels. At $140, you would think something nice could be said, but honestly, I am so disappointed that the only thing I can say is "buyer beware". And their customer service response? "Well, as this a 'custom' piece, there's nothing we can do. We anticipate a 20% variance in the product from our manufacturer. We can not approve a return of this item." I would definitely recommend steering clear of this company!
I ordered and was sent an email of order received, they kept good communication through out transaction a tracking number was sent as soon as it shipped. It arrived nicely packed. Very beautiful quilt and I would definitely order again and recommend.
Absolute rip-off! I love raccoons & ordered one of the raccoon totes, thinking I was getting a quality product, especially for what I paid for it. It arrived yesterday & it is NOTHING like the ad photos show. It is very cheap, flimsy, amateurish, poorly made/quilted & a total disappointment. The company is very deceptive in their advertising-the photos make it look like you are getting a 'Vera Bradley' quality quilted item, but in reality you get a poor quality, cheap piece of garbage. The quilting looks nothing like the photo shows-just some straight stitching & it seems there is really no filling between the layers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST & A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!
Place an order for my sister, had a few bumps but through communication all went very well and got the bedspread set and loved it. Great customer service which is hard to get these days. I recommend Vantique products and plan on buying for me and my family in the future. 👍🏽
