So I saw these beautiful quilts on this website. A friend purchased me one as a Birthday gift. What a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! It is definitely the thinnest piece of garbage. It isn’t going to keep anything warm. $140 down the drain because these dirtbags won’t accept anything after 7 days off delivery even if it’s a gift!!! BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY!!!!!
Ordered a quilt that looked beautiful in the photo. On arrival, it turned out to be a grainy photograph overlaid with machine stitching. When we tried to return it, they refused. Their website says, "More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn't look or feel right, please e-mail us at [their e-mail address] and we'll sort it out!" What a joke. We're very unhappy and they did nothing to resolve it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
The bag does not look like the picture and much smaller than stated. The quilting was amateurish and done in white on a dark background and almost completely obscures the picture. Do not buy! Read their return policy...you ordered it, you now own it regardless of the junk that it is. Shame on me for buying it! Not even suitable for carrying groceries. Way overpriced.
Wish I read reviews before purchasing. Shame on me but more for Vantique for misrepresentation of their products. I ordered two tote bags for Christmas presents and what I received was a pale comparison to what was shown on their web site. Definitely not worth what I paid.Shame on you Vantique!!!!!
