Very bad experience. Queen “quilt” is like a thin moving blanket. Pics make you think it’s quilted along the pattern, but it’s just printed with sew lines across the product. They don’t accept returns. The one we received is missing two rows of stitching across the width. Their response was a coupon for future purchase. Never again. $150 but not worth more than $30. Do not buy from the company.
I thought I was purchasing a pretty handmade comforter. Instead, I received a flimsy, quilted bedspread that looked nothing like it did in the picture. After reading other reviews decided it was not worth my effort to try to return it. This is the last product I buy on-line. It took a month to get here, and then a total disappointment.
I ordered a product from this company over one month ago. It has said that it was pending shipping for the past month since placing the order. This was a birthday gift for my wife. Today is her birthday...still no gift! I contacted their customer service and they said the product is on its way. They denied a refund and referred me to their shipping policy. IF YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE WHAT YOU BOUGHT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The pictures online do not match the product received. These are not hand made quilts that pieced together using several pieces of fabric as in traditional quilt making. What I received was printed sheet attached to another solid sheet...very thin and very cheap looking.
The quilt I got is nothing like the picture that they advertise. I got scammed for sure. The pillow case has the bright color and the quilt looks like it has been washed 25 times and faded out. It is nothing like the pillow case. Also when they charged my card, they charged another amount of $16 and some cents that I have not idea what it is for. When you try to get their refund department it just gives their rules. Lost my money.
The quilt I purchased is a piece of crap. The workmanship, materials, and design are of the worst standard I have ever seen. I tried to cancel the order after seeing too many bad reviews and they would not cancel for me. They are criminals at Vantique. I would not buy this quilt for $2. I would be embarrassed if anyone saw this crap on my bed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give no stars, I would.
Looks real nice with pictures they show. Not like that at all – very thin – certainly no quilt material! Their pics have a double seam throughout and dark thread. What they send is one seam in yellow thread. And thin as on layer of material. Plus horrible customer service – they double charged me and would not help in any way. Beware when they say you have “TWO HOURS” to change your order. When I realized they charged me double because of a mistake on my order I called the next morning to change it – no way! They wouldn't help in any way. So we've been back and forth for a few months – while they're asking me to review my order (that I didn't get). Now I finally received it and it was missing a quilt that they charged me for. I was out on this deal big time, lost a ton of time and money. So I'm just giving up to end the stress this has caused me.
