We had booked a taxi at Telford veezu office to pick up a friend from Birmingham airport - it was booked the day before . When friend arrived in airport, we called veezu taxis to confirm that a taxi was picking our friend. A lady on the phone , who didnt seem to understand English , was rude and said taxi will be there. But taxi did not pick them. We called the office 3 times and was answered by 3 different call handlers and they all asked same questions which should have been on their records. Each one confirmed a taxi would get there in 5 mts. Finally our friend called an airport taxi and got home. Very poor service Veezu, not reliable
Dreadful experience. I tried to book taxis to and from a hotel in 3 days time. Only one of the bookings was confirmed by text and it said that the booking was today. I phoned and reiterated that we wanted 2 bookings in 3 days. They said they would text to confirm but didn't. I then got a call from a taxi who was outside the hotel waiting for us for the return journey!! I phoned and cancelled all the bookings and they didn't seem bothered at all. No apology or anything. Absolutely rubbish service
First ever time i used them i downloaded the app ordered a taxi paid the fair and the money got taken and the taxi never got booked, i phoned them up had to book over the phone and pay again when i got in the taxi, they still havent rwturned my money its been nearly a week, i will never use them again.
Normally charged £16 with Cwmbran travel , now merged with veezu wanted £29.60 . Used them twice before, booked taxis 2 days in advance . At 1100 at night phoned to ask where my car was they replied “we don’t have any cars in your area at present “ . Absolute waste of of time
Avoid this company … they keep taking money from my account and i called my bank they say its not direct debit its membership which is i dont know how so all i done is order a taxi once from them so from july till now ( 4 mounts) they took nearly £500 pound from my account without my permissen !!! And i called veezu in cardiff they push me to contact with them by email and email them but nothink sorted !!! İ think i have to close my account which is i been using this bank account 9 years !!
