Review Time
This was my first time using Veezu. Downloading and setting up the app was straightforward, and I booked a cab after getting off the train following a night out. The estimated wait time was 35 minutes, so I decided to order some food while I waited. After 45 minutes had passed, there was still no sign of the cab. I then received a call from Veezu informing me that there were no available drivers in my area and that the earliest they could get a car to me would be in another 45–50 minutes. At that point, it was quicker to walk home.Unfortunately, this left me with no option but to walk just over three miles in the rain. By the time I arrived, both myself and my food were soaked, and the food ended up going in the bin.Based on this experience, I would not recommend Veezu. While my journey was not urgent, the lack of reliability could have had serious consequences for someone needing to attend an interview, appointment, or other important commitment.
I paid and booked a taxi for 11.30 pm from coop live arena to Hampton Hilton Manchester .after a few calls I was told it would be there in 6 minutes they are running late.so waited still no taxi .rang again at 12.30 and they told me the nearest taxi was 2 1/2 hours away .so I was left stranded in the rain .outside the venue .a woman on her own .would never use this company again very unreliable
Used Veezu twice, so far and my experience was positive. The cars arrived at the time requested, the drivers on both occasions were polite, helpful and charged me a very reasonable price. My experience has generally been the complete opposite when using other Derby private hire companies. Keep maintaining the same standard, Veezu and I will be more than happy to use your services in future.
I am NOK and care for my elderly, frail and vulnerable father from afar. In brief, my father was very depressed between Jan - June 25 and started to drink in excess at local pubs/clubs and was using Bridge Cars/Veezu taxis on a very regular basis. During this period, he lost his credit card, thousands of pounds cash and was repeatedly charged by Bridge/Veezu Cars for soiling the taxi, which was impossible as he wore tight incontinence pants.I requested Bridge/Veezu Cars on no less than 6 occasions that they investigate this case and report back if his card or money was found. Moreover, who the Taxi drivers were charging my vulnerable Father £50 a shot for just passing wind in their cars - where were the Invoices to evidence the valeting of their cars? I never received one reply or satisfactory answer. My strong recommendation is to stay clear - they have no Customer Care policy whatsoever and vulnerable individuals will be exploited by their Taxi driver partners.
