I booked a taxi to reach the train station, but after a 5-minute delay, I called for an update and was informed that no taxis were available for another 40 minutes. I was frustrated that no one had reached out to inform me about the issue. Eventually, the taxi arrived 40 minutes later than scheduled, prompting me to cancel and get a neighbor to drive me instead. I missed my train and had to pay an additional £40 for the next one. To make matters worse, I received a call from the driver about 30 minutes after my booking, complaining that he was outside my house. I will not use this service again; it's not suitable for business!
On Thursday, the service was 45 minutes late. I attempted to use it again on Saturday, but there was no show. On Sunday, I booked for 16:45, and at 16:42, I was informed a taxi was on its way, yet it never arrived. This happened multiple times with different taxis. When I contacted the support team, I was told a taxi was on its way, but the arrival time was uncertain. I ended up canceling both the outgoing and return rides. Clearly, I will not be using this service again.
I called a local taxi service to order a taxi immediately. They told me it would arrive in 10 minutes, which was acceptable, but after waiting 20 minutes, I called back only to find out that no taxis had even been dispatched. I was then informed that it would be another 25 minutes! When I asked why I wasn't informed earlier, I received no satisfactory answer. I decided to cancel the booking. Terrible service; I will take my business elsewhere.
