The taxi driver Darren was very patient…

The taxi driver Darren was very patient and thankfully waited whilst I posted an item at the post office as the post office rejected my item. If Darren hadn’t have waited I would’ve been stranded and missed the last post, he took me to the next closest post office and dropped me back to my destination which made my day, thank you.

This is strange but avoid

This is strange. We prebooked weeks ahead, our flight was delayed we did try to notify them of delayed but arrived shortly after we decided to rebook for returning journey. On booking the first fare we couldn't pay up front as they don't accept Revolt so we paid cash. On the day of the return journey I received a message on what's app from the driving asking me for bank details as they needed a card beside it, I explained that it was advised cash only because our cards weren't accepted. I was rang a few times etc in the end I told them cancel the journey as they were to pushy it was extremely strange. I then Blocked the number from contacting.

Having ordered a taxi at 5pm for 7.30…

Having ordered a taxi at 5pm for 7.30 pm that evening one would think that two and a half hours was long enough to organise a car to collect me at7.30pm. But NO 7.50 pm NOTAXI. Phoned the office full of empty apologies but NO immediate offer of a taxi. Most annoying as I missed my train. Very unprofessional company.

Two strikes and you're out

Sad to say that after today I won't be using this company again.Missing a vital hospital appointment once is forgivable but it's now twice. This time an emergency GP appointment.After the first incident I called their offices after an abusive, aggressive foreign driver called me about why no-one had come out of the house as he was angry no-one came come out to the taxi. My parents are very elderly 96 years old, one has dementia.I explained to their office the situation, that I book their appointments but someone needs to knock on their door and let them know they have arrived.They agreed for someone to knock, which I realise requires the driver to get off his arse, rather than ring my number. I am not local to my parents.But today it happened again. Veezu don't listen and my father has missed an emergency GP appointment as a result.That's the final straw.

Wont be using again

Wont be using again. Used a taxi in trafford area to the airport. Paid via apple pay which processed £20.50 however half an hour later an additional ammount was took out my account. Rang to enquire and was told it was stoppage charges which there was none as it was 7 am in the morning. Unfortunately, I do not trust how they have access to take additional funds so have closed my account and won’t be using again. I will stick to Uber in future.

All appeared well . Quote sent of cost of journey and was acceptable . When bill sent to me it was 2.5 times more . Absolutely fuming angry unhappy . Tried calling office no joy filled in forms of complaint. Their service is unfair . You can’t quote a journey with one price and then double . Won’t be using them again and that was Aqua cabs Portsmouth

Partner had to go to work so we booked…

Partner had to go to work so we booked his taxi and hour and a half before the time he needed to go. The time came and this company couldn’t find any drivers within this time gap for a ten minute journeyCaused him to be late for work, will no longer be using this company as due to many let downs
