Booking 71859649A. This went badly wrong. We had a train to catch 4.11.2025 at 17.30 from the Birmingham New Street station. Therefore we booked 3.11.2025 , for a Veezu pick up at 16.45 on 4.11.2025. On 4.11.2025 the app showed us the number of minutes that the driver was from us and that the driver was 1 minute away up until 17.13. This meant that we did not book another taxi service from another company expecting the Veezu on to arrive quickly. We phoned the Veezu number and the man answering the phone said that he did not know when the taxi would arrive. We had to cancel the Veezu booking and jump into another taxi. We missed our train and had to pay another £80 for the journey home. Not impressed and will not use again. Costly to us and useless service.Not sure why there is an awful misleading system whereby the taxi appears to be a short distance away and therefore you hang on, in anticipation ,rather than booking with another taxi firm
Terrible!!! Booked Veezu Bristol taxi for school run, first day £57 each way as quoted, paid in advance through link. 2nd day claimed we hadn’t paid the £58:60 they charged which we’d paid the day before and could show confirmation to driver. They made us pay again, which we did but then 10 mins later car returned with child to say there was a surcharge and made us pay another 26. Child arrived very late to school. Will never use again and cannot seem to get payment back for £58 already paid the day before! Do not use!
I booked a taxi the day before for an early morning to the train station, simply speaking the taxi didn't turn up. No point in using a taxi service that lets you down so I won't be using the service again. Was a far better service when it was Go Carz, Veezu constantly arrive 5-10 minutes late anyway and the drivers complain about Veezus poor management!
I phoned and booked a return taxi to Southampton cruise port. Quoted £60 each way. Had to pre-pay for the return journey was charged £60.15. I telephoned and was told the amount would be adjusted at time of pickup and that the amount charged was just to make sure that the full funds were available. Yep only 15p but this has not been adjusted. So overpaid by 15p. If this happens to everyone mmmm I have complained on line feedback form twice and heard nothing! Don't like being ripped off and feel there is nothing I can do now. Not nice
I booked taxi for 1015. Did not arrive, called to check was told because they did not have correct location( told them clearly where had to go) did not send one will be out in 10mins! waited still nothing called twice again only to be told they are still locating a driver for the job! Avoid using this rubbish company
