Usually not that bad but recently have gotten a lot worse. Waiting 10 mins to assign a car and then the guy just sits where he is for over 15 mins before he even bothers to start moving my way. Not great when you’re disabled and are having to stand around in agony
First, the booked taxi didn't come, so I had to call again.Then: I politely asked the driver to turn the music off. "Down or off?" he said."Off,' I said."Why?" he said."Because I don't like it," I said."So I have to do everything you say?"I didn't bother replying.I am an elderly disabled woman. I suppose that makes me nothing in the eyes of an arrogant young man like him.If you need emotional support music all the time, maybe get a job where the public DON'T PAY YOU.
Veezu Cardiff, booked a fare to include an additional stop for two people. Booking confirmed but the taxi driver had different instructions and our additional drop off was unable to happen, our friends had to walk home in the rain, very very disappointed. Very embarrassed.
Excessive pricing. Fixed price £24.10 to go from Pontrhydyrun to Caerleon one way. Return after 10pm added an additional £1.50. They are classing our estate as Pontypool/New Inn which is not the case. Our post code is NP44. It’s less than 9 miles and our previous taxi firm CCT would charge £13. Rip off!!!! Check fare before you book.
