I purchased a roof tent from Ventura…

I purchased a roof tent from Ventura roof tents last year, and to say I'm blown away by the quality and the customer service is an understatement! Will from Ventura is a top bloke very friendly and extremely helpful, for the money and quality they are by far the best tents on the market! My only regret is that I didn't get one sooner!! Thanks Ventura roof tents for taking my camping experience to the next level.

Excellent customer service

I had some difficulties in initially fitting this to my roof, but in fairness the customer service I received was first class. Had a phone call from Ventura who were extremely keen to do whatever it took to resolve the issues. Nice to know there are companies out there who care enough to get in touch. 👍

Stands the test of time

Had my venture hard shell tent for almost 2 years now, many great nights sleep. I keep it on my roof full time in all weathers, no sign of wear or weathering damage.Great tent awesome value

Best customer service I’ve had in years.

Absolutely fantastic company and roof tent. Bought the wrong sized ladder 🙄 company advised straight away and alternative ordered. Delivered as soon as available. Arranged collection of the one ordered in error. Return labels emailed to me. Tent light enough for 2 to get it onto the van roof. Mattress great and very spacious inside. Company staff just fantastic. Would highly recommend. Best customer service I’ve had in years.

Waiting over 6 months for delivery

Waiting over 6 months for delivery. Promises of extra free camping equipment that never arrived. Different model of tent sent to the one I ordered. Stitching on tent frayed in places upon 3rd use. Its cheap but cheap for a reason. Buy cheap buy twice. Good for a budget. Realistically alibaba it yourself and cut out the middle man.

Do not hesitate to buy.

This is fantastic and amazing value. So easy to assemble from the box. So easy to put on to the vehicle. The best thing I have purchased for years. It is currently up on my drive and a few people have taken photos. I recon soon we won't be the only one in the village with a RTT.

Very helpful customer service

Very helpful customer service, answered my questions quickly and provided solutions. The tent is really good. Putting it up takes 5 minutes and gives a dry comfy place to sleep

Great customer service

Great customer service. There was a mishap with the delivery partner but Charlotte maintained great comms throughout so that I knew what was going on and got all my purchases over to me.
