Review Time
This is my experience of Veriff.I have been doing surveys on E-rewards and Valued Opinions (UK) for many years now. It used to be a bit of fun, with Amazon vouchers as a reward, but now I am supposed to go through this ridiculous veriff thing to redeem my points - just one problem with that, I do not have any form of ID with my photo on it, and I would not be comfortable giving them that anyway, so how am I supposed to cash in my points now? E-rewards / Valued Opinions have been totally unhelpful.
I have done e-rewards surveys for years, and have invested countless hours accumulating points. Now I am not allowed to redeem those points because e-rewards has added Veriff to the requirements for redemption. Requiring me to turn over my personal information is outrageous. I was not notified of this change until I went to redeem my points. This is NO WAY to do business.
I have been an ERewards survey taker for 8 plus years and have accumulated almost $3393 and redeeming for various rewards monthly. Now I am being forced to surrender sensitive individual information to a foreign AI company in Estonia which cannot be monitored by US watchdogs. All this under threat of closing my account. Who else has suffered this fate?
I would give this a negative star, if possible. I was doing surveys for e-rewards and getting small Amazon gift cards as a reward for years. Now, all of a sudden they want me to use Veriff to verify who I am. With all the fraud out there now... a person is a complete idiot to give a picture of their government ID to some place in Estonia! No thanks.... no more surveys for me.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Veriff, and I must say it was a complete disaster. The service claimed that my phone couldn't record video, which is laughable considering my phone works perfectly well with other verification services. I attempted the process multiple times, only to encounter the same error repeatedly. As if that weren't frustrating enough, after numerous futile attempts, Veriff decided to grace me with another cryptic error message: "This country is currently not supported." No further details or explanations were provided, leaving me in the dark about what exactly the issue was. I've never encountered such incompetence with any other verification app.I strongly advise the owners of Veriff to pay attention to user reviews and invest in a competent QA team. It's clear that their current system is flawed and causing unnecessary frustration for users. This lack of attention to detail and user experience is unacceptable. I regret wasting my time on a service that can't even get basic functionalities right.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of companies that force you to use Veriff until they get their act together. There are plenty of other verification services out there that actually work without causing unnecessary hassles.
I was asked by Opinion World, Opinion Outpost, and Web Perspectives for photo copy of a driver's license or passport to redeem rewards. The info will be stored at Veriff. Veriff's headquarters is in Estonia. Las Vegas got easily hacked last week so I think a school kid could hack this one. BEWARE!!!!
