I have been trying to claim £15 from valued opinions BUT despite writing to them many times I have had my account suspended because I just cannot access veriff. Valued opinions have been very unhelpful & do not want to help as far as I can see. Has anyone else had this problem ?
Same experience as with previous reviewers. E-Rewards, a Dynata company, began requiring identification verification online using Veriff. This was not previously required (I have been doing online surveys with E-Rewards for many years without difficulty in redemption of survey points), and bo notice was given to participants prior to this change. My account, with substantial points/rewards dollars has now been locked and this hard earned money apparently gone. Why is a company with poor reviews and apparently headquarted who knows where asking for U.S. citizens sensitive personal identification documentation? Maybe for a mortgage, but online surveys? Beware!!
I was trying to get $10 CAD reward from WebPerspective survey company. For years there was no problem, now is "veriff" problem. They want selfie and photo of a valid government issued I.D.!!! VERIFF is a perfect place for hackers!!! Don't give them any personal info!!!
Signing up for credit at TextMagic my usual Paypal formalities were interrupted by a screen for veriff. The required code was received promptly by SMS but the screen did not progress to one allowing it to be entered.Tried twice to confirm the lameduckware performance.Fortunately either Paypal or TextMagic ignored the error and the transaction completed without further issue. (Around 1300z)
I have been with OneOpinion since 2019, yesterday I was told I had to verify my account. No problem. I was sent to a completely different page where I was told I would need a government issued ID. No problem. When I tried to enter my info, I received an error message saying documentation from the United States was not accepted. After several more attempts and having to contact OneOpinion's customer support, I was told by the customer service representative that I did not live in the United States. And after several emails back and forth trying to somehow prove that yes I do live in the United States, I finally gave up. Time and energy wasted. My money is gone. What can I do? I feel like the whole situation has been a scam. How many people are they doing this to?
Crap. Tried to open an account with Monese. And crappy Veriff doesn't work the way it should on Iphone 14 Pro. It hardly supports HEIC images as far as I am concerned. They say that Image quality is poor. Lol.If it doesn't work fine on Iphone 14 Pro where does this crap work?
To redeem my rewards from survey sites: Dynata, My Opinions & Valued Opinions! Veriff is on guard to demand Photo ID and Govt Docs before a payout is processed. I was reluctant to provide such confidential info, however the amounts were well earned and fairly substantial. Guess what! my ID could not be verified my accounts were permanently deleted and my earnings have been withheld. There is no contact available, so what happens to my personal data??? Can anyone out there tell me?
