We're not experts in concerts, but sales through this web is a complete scam. The price was inflated up to 250% of the original price of the ticket and on top we only received the tickets after 6 months (only 3 days before the venue).
I wanted to buy tickets for the Eagles gig at the Gelredome in Arnhem, I live in the UK. There were non available on the main seller site, so i looked on Viagogo. Bought at reasonable price, then worried for a bit as I'd started reading some bad reviews. No worries, had an email from ticketmaster.nl to accept and download tickets. Had to do this from pc rather than phone as in UK still I guess, but all worked ok. Got to arena, access from all gates around the arena. Bag n body search was fine. Transport to and from was really well organised. Understand if some people had bad experiences, but mine was faultless! 100%👍😁
Bought tickets for the YES tour, Arnhem, the Netherlands, way too expensive but that's my own fault. Not my fault was that the tickets were cancelled, the money returned, not to me, but to the original owners. Had to buy tickets again at the door!!! And no way to contact Viagogo !! Avoid!!!
Bought 6 tickets for FC BARCELONA and payed 148.50 euro/ticket. The game was postponed, so we had to sell our tickets. The real price appeared to be 72.50 per ticket…. Second: it was impossible to sell the tickets with the Viagogo app within the 2 weeks left because the app didn’t work properly (came into a never ending loupe)…No costumer service available….Money gone…
Don't use this platform for buying tickets. You will receive other tickets than you bought. There strategy is to receive remaining tickets for (in my case) a football match and they spread these tickets between the people who bought by ViaGoGo. In my case it resulted in a standing place with hardly any sight on the pitch for me and my son, instead of a seating place with good view.
We purchased tickets for thousands of dollars which we NEVER received. Impossible to get though to customer service and when we opened an inquiry through our credit card the company LIED and created emails which were entirely fabricated! I would strongly recommend you NEVER purchase tickets through this company. The firm is negligent at best and fraudulent at worst.
