They sold me a ticket today that was clearly fake - we compared it with a real ticket and you can tell all the mistakes. They still refuse to reimburse me and say "I should go to the venue to try and scan the ticket". I don't want to go to a venue if I know my ticket is fake in the first place just to get reimbursement.
Viagogo is a total fraud! Do not use viagogo! How are they still allowed to function as a business.We bought tickets to Rufus du Sol on 17th of June at AFAS live. We called numerous times. 15 munutes to the event were informed that now viagogo say seller did not fulfill their commitment. And they can refund - I am not sure if they will cause they also told us 4 times we will get our tickets.They did not disclose the seller. On viagogo page I can still buy tickets for the todays event on 17th of June. So if I completed the purchase I could still pay, but get no tickets.We traveled to Amsterdam and spend money for hotel, plus took time of from work. Which means that not getting the tickets is not our only loss financially. Refund of the ticket does not cover it. Customer service horrible! 1 guy promised to send email and to call back. We never heard from him.
I bought tickets for Pitbull in Amsterdam through viagogo. Not gonna lie the reviews here made me very nervous if I’d even get them at all. On the day of the concert tickets arrived exactly as described in the email. We got in without any problems either. Unlike with Ticketmaster there was no problem buying them. No weird errors or restriction where you could only by two seats and what not. Granted, tickets were on the pricier side and fees were also quite outrageous. For this concert I considered it worth it though. Sorry to hear for anyone else that had a negative experience here. For me this is definitely a good alternative.

Bought tickets for Dua Lipa, but they were not being delivered. Bought instant download tickets as a replacement, but the seller cancelled the transfer. Luckily the customer service from Viagogo did manage to fix this in the end. Thank you very much for that!A pity that I still had to contact them once again for the refund of the not delivered ticket. The system knows it was not delivered, the team knows, but still 'The team is working on a resolution'.
