Review Time
Last December I bought tickets on the Viagogo website for a Andre Rieu concert mid July in the theater in Maastricht, so not outside. The confirmation email also stated that the tickets were for the theater. The day before the concert I downloaded the tickets and then it became clear that we had seats outside on the big square. On the day of the concert I called the theater and they confirmed that Vaigogo are re-selling tickets and are cheating on their website. The theater also adviced to come early to the concert because it happens that these re-sold tickets are sold to more people. We were admitted to concert, so we felt lucky but the seats were really far in the back and we could hardly see the stage. I would never bought these tickets far in the back and twice the regular price. Thanks Viagogo to ruin a weekend that was supposed to be a special occasion for my wife!
This website is a joke!!! I paid more than a double for the tickets and when we got there the view to the stage was totally blocked!I’ve never seen something like that before! It was a proper rip off and I will never use this service again! I will also tell everyone I know how bad they are! They sent me an email to tell them how they did and I could not leave a review! Shocking!
After reading a lot of bad experiences with Viagogo I thought I'd share mine to reassure some maybe! I purchased tickets for Tems concert, and got them the day of the show. Everything went well, ticket was valid and I enjoyed my show!!!!!The only drawback for me would be the price, as I paid probably 3 times the original price. But no regret.
Do not buy tickets through Viagogo - it's a SCAM!!! Eight of us bought tickets for the André Rieu summer concert in Maastricht for 6 July. Flew in from South Africa. Booked accommodation... Until 16:00 are tickets were still going to be issued... 18:00 we had the option of a REFUND for the overpriced tickets:no apologies, no concert, NO NOTHING!!! What about our planes tickets, accommodation, visas ...we would never have come to Europe in July if it wasn't for the concert. I hope they go bankrupt
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO!!!We bought tickets for Netherlands vs France and we got the wrong tickets.Customer servive is horrible, not interested in their customers and not helpful at all.I REPEAT: DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO!!! HORRIBLE ORGANISATION
