ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT USEIf it was an option, I would give viagogo 0/5 stars.Kept telling me I will receive my tickets up until 15 minutes before the event. I had friends fly over from abroad for the event, of course nothing was refunded by viagogo except what i had paid for the tickets, so friends paid and flew over for NOTHING. Customer service seems to care more about unhappy customers using swear words than the fact that the company is a complete scam. Seems like they overbook the tickets in order to use the overbooking preauthorizations for other investments. Also when I asked to speak with anyone in charge, they suddenly didn't have a manager? NEVER AGAIN!
Bought two tickets for the Netherlands game on the 16th of November for me and my boyfriend, got 1 email saying they sent the tickets but they were no where to be seen, after going back and forth the whole day of Saturday (the day of the game) they then sent me tickets, got to the stadium to scan our tickets and got told to go to the ticket stand, turned out our tickets were fake and were passed about multiple times, nothing more embarrassing then going all the way there for your tickets to be fake!! £170 of fake tickets all along!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Terrible service. My first experience has been horrible. I bought the tickets for almost double the price and I'm trying to put them up for sale on their own website and they removed my ad. I try again and it keeps giving me an error. This is absurd. I will never buy from this website again.
When I found out that the band Cigarettes after Sex was going to perform in Amsterdam, I did not think twice about purchasing tickets for me and my daughter. We are both big fans! Unfortunately tickets were sold out on the official website, so I tried my luck on Ticketmaster, that redirects you to Viagogo. I got the tickets and received them almost immediately in my inbox. A few days after I read the reviews here, and started worrying that the tickets we got were either fake or a duplicate and that we could risk not getting inside. Imagine taking your teenager daughter back home because we could not go inside. Anyway, after so much worry, we did get in. Our tickets were valid and we had a wonderful night! Had so much fun! Will I use Viagogo again? Maybe...

I am very satisfied with Viagogo. So far I have had very good experiences with both buying and selling. The most recent experience was selling tickets and because these were will call tickets I needed to contact Viagogo for assistance. All contacts moment via phone and e-mail were clear, friendly and client focussed.
