I purchased some tickets of Ludovico Einaudi concert. on the landing page there was even a photo of himself playing the piano.After the purchase I realized the concert was not performed by Ludovico Einaudi but by a cover band. the customer support is not really helping
in July last year I bought 2 tickets for Andre Rieu in the Ziggo Dome for the concert on 11 January. I paid 241,83 US dollars, but when I received the tickets the actual costs were 69 Euro per ticket. I am ok with additional charges, but 44 Euros extra for a tickets is criminal. Never again!
The most elaborate scamming event ticket marketplace ever. They sell you tickets to events but don't even confirm or verify that the seller does have the tickets (if the seller exists at all) and inform you that they are only sending you the ticket 3 hours before the event after you have purchased. If you buy a ticket ownership should be transferred but in their case they don't and you end up being scammed and trapped in a "maybe you will get legitimate tickets".

Viagogo bombarded the first page of the Google search engine so we could only see tickets options on Viagogo. The things happened after clicking the Buy button are the following:1. You do NOT get to choose the number of your tickets at free will, and you cannot put the seats together.2. You do NOT get to receive the tickets right after your payment, you have to wait for 2 months.3. One week before the concert, you receive an email from Viagogo, telling you your tickets are NOT available, but "don't worry, your tickets are guaranteed, and we will give you an upgrade for free".4. You do NOT receive the tickets until 4 hours before the concert.5. You go to the concert, and then you are blocked outside, because the venue tickets personnel tells you "You bought them from Viagogo? Yeah, no, they are fake tickets, you cannot get in."6. Your 5-year-old kid stands in the rain, switching from the "Kinderen voor Kinderen" hyper mood (because the band was playing right at the entrance to welcome the kids) to a deep disappointment and confusion, asking "Mama, why are WE not allowed to get in?..."7. You try to buy another set of 3 tickets right away with zero luck.8. You try to contact Viagogo for a solution but they are nowhere to reach.9. One day after the event, you try to get your refund (as they claim it is a "guarantee"), but only to find out there is no such thing on Viagogo that can get you to "refund".10. You go to the official website of Kinderen voor Kinderen just for curiosity, AND you find out that Viagogo has charged you 238% higher per person, just on the ticket price!Why is this site or whatever thing still existing?!!
Bought A ticket for Abu Dhabi GP 3 Day entrance. Have troubles with concert ticket. finally viagogo sent us our tickets. But it was nervous. Also we were afraid of scam and buy 2 more tickets separately and spent additionally 1000$. So 4 stars for resolving the issue at the end. But anyway I lost additional money and have xtra tickets now
I bought a Formula1 ticket for Qatar through Viagogo. I received the ticket right after I purchased it. After reading more reviews I got a bit scared that my ticket was not real, moreover there was a small spelling mistake in the date on the ticket. So I went to the Formula1 Circuit assuming that the ticket could be fake, but... it was real! I was very happy! My trust in Viagogo has grown despite some negative reviews. I had really a great event!
