So when an order is confirmed the buyer and the seller can’t cancel the order anymore unless you pay the full price of the ticket to Viagogo .When an event gets cancelled , SUDDENLY it is possible to cancel the order . The buyer doesn’t get his money back, he gets a ridiculous voucher for the website for the next purchase and the seller doesn’t get anything from the website. Their policy DOES NOT comply with the European consumer rights . Don’t listen to them and DO NOT pay anything. I am a lawyer so I knew that all their policy is applicable to the US , where people don’t really have consumer rights . I would never ever use this website again. Horrible management
They lied about rules of delivery, than change it without my permision. They don`t refund ever! Even if you just bought ticket - forget about money return if you changed you plan.Don`t ever, ever work with them again, and you sould not!
Ik schrijf nooit reviews, maar na mijn ervaring met Viagogo kan ik het toch niet laten. Dit wordt een avontuur!Op 2 juni 2024 kocht ik twee tickets voor een concert in Frankrijk op 18 juli. Viagogo beloofde dat mijn tickets op 14 juli binnen zouden komen. Maar nee, op die dag geen tickets. Toen kreeg ik bericht dat ze pas de 18e om 17:00 zouden komen. Spannend, toch? Vol spanning naar mijn telefoon gekeken, maar helaas, geen tickets. Klacht ingediend via X, en eerlijk is eerlijk, Viagogo verraste me. Ze namen direct contact op en binnen dezelfde dag stond het volledige bedrag weer op mijn rekening.Kortom, als je van onvoorspelbare avonturen houdt waarbij je toch je geld terugkrijgt, dan is Viagogo dé plek voor jou! Viagogo promised my tickets would arrive on July 14. But no, no tickets that day. Then I got a message saying they'd arrive on the 18th at 5 PM. Exciting, right? I watched my phone eagerly, but alas, no tickets.I filed a complaint via X, and to be fair, Viagogo surprised me. They contacted me immediately, and the full amount was refunded to my account the same day.So, if you enjoy unpredictable adventures where you eventually get your money back, Viagogo is the place for you! Thanks, Viagogo, for this unforgettable experience... even though I never saw the concert.
SCAM!!!There is no way costumer service will help you. They are kind to talk to but they have no way to help you. Tickets are promised to be delivered just 2 hours before the concert, IF they are delivered at all, making it very hard to plan for the event if you come from far away. No refund posible. So now Im travelling 7 hours, win or lose, to hopefully get my ticket before the concert. Why on earth dont you deliver the tickets upon purchase?? Never buying ticket from you again
Terrible service. They didn’t deliver our tickets though we paid 1000 euros. They gave us 100 apologies but no solution. Their help line is abysmal - while often says 1 min wait they mean 60 min. And then the rep is unhelpful. This is the biggest scam I’ve seen. Take your money and then drag it out. Never trust them.
They are a rip off, got tickets once and all went well, but twice now they took the money and did not issue any tickets. Very expensive as well. There is no possible way to contact them. I do not recommend using this scam site, all in all, definitely a rip off.
Avoid like the plague!!!We bought Metallica tickets through them for 12 & 14 July 2024. Crazy expensive, but still worth it, we thought.First, they sent the wrong tickets!! After hours in the phone with them, the girlfriend manger to to get Metallica tickets for the show in 12th July, and an email confirming tickets were good for both nights.They did work for the show on the 12th so we thought everything was fine.When we tried to use them on the 14, the tickets bounced at all the gates.More hours on the phone, and no answer.Criminal enterprise at its best.Avoid like the plague!!!!
