Review Time
I sold a ticket that had a specific timeslot, a buyer bought outside that time slot and was denied the entrance and they gave me a penalty of the ticket's listed price. I contacted them telling them about this misunderstanding and they said they understood it but unfortunately they cannot do anything about it. So, not only I couldn't sell my ticket, but also i was charged for that penalty and there is no way of getting the money back. UBELIEVABLE
tbh I was scared of the negative reviews. Maybe I was lucky but the ticket did arrive 3 days earlier and throught ticketmaster, so everything went super smooth. However, the service fees are outrageous compared to the original ticket price as I paid more than double. To pay so much money and gamble if you are getting your ticket or not is not ideal.
