This company is shit and is full of false information.They said delivery will be in 6 business days and its taking 15 days for delivery. Customer care knows nothing, they keep on saying item is shipped but tracking shows for a week only the shipping info sent. They completely lie all the time.Very unprofessional. Thank for ruinig my plan and wasting my time.
Unfortunately the chairs have been delivered with a fault. However after making a complaint I was contacted by a very polite & helpful lady from Customer Services who asked me for a video showing the problem & she promised to investigate the fault & get back to me as soon as possible
On-line shopping experience was excellent. Everything was delivered on-time.The outside veranda we ordered is a bit of a mixed bag. The frame was time consuming, but all the parts were there and are sturdy. The tent itself is very difficult and not user friendly. The curtain ties were sewn on backwards and it came in one long piece. Separate sections would have been preferable. Also, no instructions came with the interior lighting, so we have no idea where to hook it up.
Ordered wardrobe doors for 7 wardrobes and made the payment via bank transfer. 5 days after they were meant to be delivered, I was told the payment 'wad not able to be reconciled", the order has actually been canceled, and I needed to get a signed letter from the bank to get my money back. Terrible payment and refund policies and no contact with the client. They only respond on email and no phone contact.
Stay away from this company. The quality is very poor. Customer service is very bad too.Update 19.3.25After complaining on Trustpilot, we received better support and have been able to return the product without further expenses. The fact that we received 3 bad quality products did not change. We wasted a lot of time and energy with this company ending up with nothing but not loosing any money. Ordered a "metal trolley" it came in horrible condition crooked and bent.bends like aluminium foil, absolute garbage quality sent to the wrong adress, took forever to arrive and bad customer service.Never shopping from vidaXL again. I just hope I can get a full refund
