After a couple of days of pure frustration, my complaint was transfered to a competent person who resolved my problem within a few days and I got a full refund. I am still disappointed that the initial responses from several "customer care" people were so ignorant regarding their product knowledge. However, once the right person came on-board, the process became smoother and I am grateful for that.

Sorry that i buy from them!!

I bought from them the worst cages I have ever received in my life!! They didn't write that the product is disassembled and it's no easy to assemble everything like ikea! that it is not possible to build it well. The quality is very very poor and very dangerous!! Not suitable for a small dog and I paid 200€ for each cage that even chickens can escape!! Very smart that you can't write a review on the product

Placed an order and then found they had setup to the wrong address despite having provided the correct address on their website and via PayPal.Contacted customer service, who advised me it was my problem.Sent two images showing that I provided the correct address on both theirs and PayPal's system.Then customer service stopped responding.Have requested a refund and not heard anything back.Defo best avoided.

first time buyer, goods arrived late than advised, also have parts missing from it, contacted Vida XL and get a response that was translated on google translator very poor and very inefficient. Vida XL offer a refund of 14 Eurs for a purchase of 79.99. what is ridiculous, or to return the goods but was unable to exchange it, also the goods are useless. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND PLEASE DO AVOID THIS SELLER. DO NOT TRUST THIS USELESS PEOPLE. UPDATE-UPDATE:Thamires was excelent on how she handle the complaint I made. She provided a quick response and a resolution to the initial problem that was not resolved and badly handled at first by someone with no respect to the customers or the company itself. By Thamires actions I maybe will look on this company again for future purchases.. maybe. Thank you Thamires for your excelent work.

Item not delivered

EDITED TO SAY THAT EVERYTHING RESOLVED - POOR WEBSITE INFORMATION FROM VIDAXL BUT IMMEDIATE CONTACT AFTER REVIEW AND ITEM DELIVERED. I ordered a gate on 11th March with delivery 3-5 days. On 18th March the product is still showing as not despatched. On 18th March I received an email saying they had not delivered to me as they could not find my address. They have delivered to me before. I received no phone calls. The product is now late, my builders are being paid for nothing, and the product is STILL showing as not despatched on their website! I emailed a few days ago as I was worried it had not been sent and to ask when the product was being sent, but they did not reply.

Produto de pessima qualidade

I receive my furniture with so many imperfections, scratches, deformities, and horrible painting. Terrible quality products, the products are crap.After contacting them, and uncountable emails back and forth, they refunded me (weeks later).Produto com vários defeitos na pintura, riscos e vários defeitos na madeira. Não condiz com aquilo que está no anúncio.Depois de reclamar e mandar vários e-mail, eles reembolsaram meu dinheiro (semanas depois).
