Bad support and low product quality. I bought 2 chairs and a table for the garden. The wood on the chairs was painted only on the upper side making it unfit to the garden. I had to paint it myself. I also had an issue with the invoice that they refused to solve.After reading your answer my complain remains the same. If the problem is the order billing address then you should give me the ability to change it because you didn't tell me this rule before I paid the order.Given your answer my review should be lower than 1 if possible. I will never buy anything else from you and I advise everyone to do the same.
Items arrived very late (+20 days), I would leave it alone and not complain about it considering the COVID difficulties, however, unlike most other companies, they withdrew the money from my account weeks before they have sent the items. So I spent weeks sending complaining emails and messages, and worrying if it was a fraudulent attempt. Not a good experience overall.
