I have now received a refund, so my complaint via Trust Pilot seems to have had the right impact.Thank you for your prompt response.,............. I have received an update saying that I will receive a full refund for the unwanted cabinet. When that credit arrives, I will update or remove the complaint...............................................................................I ordered 2 kitchen matching cabinets via Vent Unique, but they only had one at that time. So they cancelled one and sent a refund.Pretty useless that, as I need two matching cabinetsThe message that one was not available went into SPAM, so I did not know.When only one arrived, I enquired via Vente Unique and they told me about the cancellation.I sent a further enquiry asking if they would have one soon. I did not get a reply, so I asked them to arrange for a return of the single cabinet.They replied saying that the 14 day return window had ended.This is totally unsatisfactory for a number of reasons.First I did not know about the lack of stock.Second, what logic would say that one cabinet would be OK, when I ordered 2.Third, their email telling me about the cancellation went into SPAM, so I did not know until I chased up delivery of the 2nd item.Fourth, the 14 day period was used up waiting for answers from them.VidaXL broke their contract with me, so they owe me a full refund.
Do not order from this website.I ordered a vidaXL Hanging Garden Shed 118x194x178 cm Galvanized Steel.This product is in the LOWEST quality possible.Thin metal sheets that are paper like, bending and deforming.the construction time is at least a full day for people who know what they are doing. The re are 200 parts...I sent it back and needed 10 days of emails and threats to get full refund.Oh, and the delivery company didnt arrive on the scheduled day, just poped by surprise 2 days later.AVOIDI got a refund for my product after a few back and forth emails.There is no need for any more contact, its just a review to help others avoid the products and hassle returning it to get refund.enjoy your day
Return of product is a nightmare and they asking you questions in several emails why is you returning, creating a spin, counting you will get tired and eventually forget. Sorry but this is just simply against the customers rights!
Some of the holes in the wooden table top do not correspond with the holes in the frame. I had to drive the screws in with an impact driver to secure the table top to the frame securely.Other than that a good product for the money.
Honestly the worst designed and manufactured piece of furniture I have ever tried to put together. Has clearly been made to fit into smaller packaging, so ridiculously overly complicated to put together. Key parts of the structure had no pre-drilled holes and had to be measured (millimetre perfect) with a tape measure, inevitably resulting in errors and having to remake large parts of the bed. Took hours. Blood pressure through the roof. Steer clear!!!!
2 x Shade Cloth awnings less than 4 months, perished. You can push your finger thru with almost no force.Contacted VidaXL but no response.I have also purchased 2 more in May, and concerned these will fail soon as well :(0351000949952 & 0351001011645
