Review Time
It's only been a month but dual temp/double door under counter unit is working as advertised. attractive. not as quiet as advertised but not loud either. This is my second Vinotemp and the other one is10 years old and still works perfectly.
I have been quite disappointed in the amount of noise made by the compressor- sounds like the wind whistling at a sound level that is more than our dishwasher when it is running. This had been a similar problem with a less expensive unit from NewAire that we bought and returned. Looks like the Vinotemp Beverage cooler is the same unit but with better touch screen controls. Will be discussing this with Vinotemp. Hopefully it can be improved.
a bit slow on shipping and response time on email but adequate for our needs. Hard to tell if they are still in business or have been bought out by someone. Someone at their own company said they were in some type of transition and therefore the slow times.bottom line I would buy their product again
I was hoping to get a response from Vinotemp Customer Service, but instead received an email asking for my rating...?I have a brand new wine cellar but the cooling function isn’t working. It sure is gorgeous though! I’ll patiently wait for someone to call me back, so I can start using my new gift!
When registering for warranty the serial number is required. I would suggest the owner manual include reference as to where the serial number is located. Can I assume my ticket has been punched and I am registered? Process is a bit unclear.
We had a 900 bottle wine cellar. Since we coudn't take it to the new home, we had to store the wine some way. The Vinotemp was the best solution. Since we had to place it in a "living space", we wanted something quiet. This is as unobtrusive as it gets. Perfect for our situation. Quiet, efficient and stores bottles perfectly!
