I had a high temp alarm with our VinoTemp wine cooler we bought from Costco about 6 years ago. I contacted them via their online chat tool and the technician (Richard) helped narrow my search, provided some repair sources and sent me the service manual.I was able to locate the bad component and called him back to help verify and order a replacement part. He gave me some tips on disassembly/reassembly and the part arrived within 4 days of placing the order (even with a pandemic going on).I can't say enough good things about their service and support. Customer for life!!
READ REVIEW BEFORE YOU BUY. In the process of dispute. Quality of the Vinotemp freezer - the workmanship is bad!! The black metal case of the freezer is not smooth, not straight and bumpy. Company tried to blame transportation company for the damages but frankly, transport cannot cause all these damages. It is poor quality and bad QC in the manufacturing process of the unit. Bought this unit on March 24, 2020. Ask for white glove delivery and finally received it on April 21, 2020. So disappointed at this company. Minus 5 star.
Trevor was excellent! I spoke to him several times because I am not familiar with the system and he provided step by step easy to understand instructions for me to follow to get my system up and running! He also sent pictures! Very helpful and pleasant to work with thank you!!!
I recently bought a VT 34 TS. My main criteria were 2 fold - hold larger btls and quiet. My disclaimer - I have had a similar Vinotemp for 12 - 15 years and have been extremely happy with it in all respects.Most wine coolers are made for the std Bordeaux size and thus don't hold many larger btls. The VT 34 cooler has larger space in and between shelves and a large space at the bottom. There is more flexibility. I have been able to store 34 btls in both units. Must use some creativity but it is possible.Quietness is important. Both units are very quiet and hold the temp well. As I have been a Vinotemp user for many years I know and trust the co. My latest purchase continues to confirm my experience. Definitely recommend with out reservation
