DO NOT BUY VINO TEMP!!!!!

DO NOT BUY VINO TEMP!!!!!! WARNING!All sales are final even though I wasn't informed my unit isn't panel ready and compatible with my project. Spent thousands and they simply won't to exchange. Horribly run company.

Product Failure

After a $1,700.00 purchase of the wine-mate 1500 CD and 13 months later the unit stopped working. Called vino-temp aka the Legacy Companies and they advised the best they could do is send me a list of local service providers. Given my, experience I would advise against purchasing any Vinotemp product.

Piece of junk

Delivery was four weeks late, which was the only reason I ordered it over the euroCav. It worked for one year and one week so one week past the warranty and then it quit cooling. Company would do nothing for me. First repair was $ 600 for new coolant. And questionable how long the compressor will last. It never cooled to 57° either.

Discontinuing replacement parts

Bought a 155-bottle Vinotemp from Costco in 2017 and the appliance tech today advised me I needed to order a new control panel since the temperature settings won't stay steady. Vinotech support advised me the cost would be $129; but, unfortunately, that part is now discontinued! Who discontinues replacement parts on products less than 10 years old? A new 155-bottle unit now costs $2,800. Guess they think they can boost sales by not supporting previous customers. Not a good way to do business!

Difficult to Find/Read Controls

The temperature gauges and light on-off were difficult to find (el-6silst). Could not find the link to register online on your website.

This company is the absolute worst

This company is the absolute worst. I have been in contact with them since the minute we plugged in our dispenser unit. It had problems immediately and the customer service was absolutely horrible to try to get the machine fixed and I am still waiting for the refund that they claim the initiated OVER a month ago. This has been an 8 month ordeal that is still not rectified!

Great Dual Zone Product and Name…

My wife and I ordered a Stainless Steel 155 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Cooler - EL-142SDST and it looks great and letting it rest for 24 Hours… This replaced the same type of cooler that we have had for many years, great company of Vinotemp and looking forward to many more years of great wine cooling!!!

GARBAGE COMPANY!!

GARBAGE COMPANY!!! I spent $2700 on a 4-bottle unit for a client that seemed ok through the Best Buy web site then purchased the 2-bottle unit for myself directly from Vinotemp for $1300. The unit I received was damaged; crushed top corner though the packaging was completely intact so it was shipped to me this way. The door is also mis-aligned, there are liquid splash stains on the side of the unit and the door edge is not straight as if someone has shaved the edge with a knife, the edge you open with your hand so you feel the sharpness and unevenness. It's very obviously a used, damaged, repackaged unit and the company will not respond or replace the unit. I sent them photos they requested of the packaging and damage IMMEDIATELY (within 2 hours of receiving the delivery) and have gotten NO response in over a week now! They didn't include an invoice in either shipment either. GARBAGE COMPANY!!!

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. Ordered item that was stated as in stock. It was not until I followed up 3 weeks later I was told it was out of stock. It has been almost five weeks and they have still not issued a refund. I have to call and email regularly to ask for refund. Borders on fradulent business practices. Terrible company.
