Staff was helpful and guiding me in what i needed for replacement. The delivery people dropped the unit and bent the bottom grill; i took it off and straightened it out myself. Unit is awesome and holds the temps exceptionally well.50/61 zones. The unit is much better than the one I had
The technicians were on time, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. The siding looks great with the mold and mildew gone. The technicians did a great job of cleaning the windows. My only disappointment is that some of our ground cover in the flower bed are turning brown. the jury is still out if the plants will recover. The office staff and technicians said that the spray would not affect plants.
Richard was absolutely wonderful in service. He helped me diagnose the problem with my unit based off of what I mentioned was wrong with it. The piece came fully intact and was very easy to install. After powering the unit everything turned on and was working properly and blowing cold air again. Thank you for saving my wine!
Spoke to Jared Beck this morning, I needed some instructions on the installation of a control board I purchased for my wine cooler....he was supper attentive and emailed me the instructions right away....all working now and I'm so happy 😀GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE

My Vinotemp Wine Cellar Mdl. TC32G is now completely operational & quietly cooling like a charm. This is the third Vinotemp I have owned in the past 15 years, upgrading to our needs. The product has improved each time. The newest one the shelves glide so nice, and extend to the perfect length to see what is in the back of each shelf.The spacing between the shelves has improved. It is only a very small amount, but makes a difference for those wider fatter bottles.Thank you for nice product.
We were looking to save space and get rid of open wine racks stuffed under desks, etc. Our cooler has great capacity, is quite quiet and relatively easy to use - the downside of high capacity is that I sometimes have to search to remember where I stored a few bottles of this or that. I am hoping that it will remain a reliable storage solution for many years to come. I am very happy with this purchase.
