It took three attempts to get an…

It took three attempts to get an undamaged, properly functioning Vinotemp but now that I have one—I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Despite the problems, Costco was determined to get it right. I can’t say that the Vinotemp HQ was very easy to work with...but, once again, I’m happy with the end result.

Great wine Cooler

Let cooler sit for 24 hours and then plugged it in. A little hard to get 250 bottles. Rated at 300, but is easy to change. Temp stays constant and both upper and lower levels.

Good swap of defective unit

We got an under counter drink fridge which unfortunately arrived pretty banged up. I got on the phone with Vintotemp and just had to email some pictures of the damage. We got everything swapped out for a new unit that works great and looks great too! The process was very easy and I'm very happy with Vinotemp and will definitely consider them again if I ever need another fridge.

The unit has been plugged in for about three weeks.All is good except that a knocking sound has been heard on an occasion but has always stopped after a few knocks - I concerned its the compressor and if it is doing it now - how long will it last?
