My husband and I booked a week's stay at Wolframplatz, Zurich. We have never booked anything other than hotels before, but we wanted a place with kitchenette to avoid dining out everyday, so we picked Vision Apts. The online booking was easy, the code worked right at 3pm, we were right beside the train, there is a gym in the building, the laundry had about 10 washers and dryers, the bathroom was big, everything we needed was provided in the little kitchenette, and the elevators and hallways were spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. We were within walking of a small mall, grocery stores, sporting venues, hiking and parks. We will definitely re-book with Vision Apts if we travel to Europe again. Only (slight) drawbacks; the couch was not very comfortable, and the stove top kept shutting off while we were cooking.
On the day I moved in Switzerland having a midium class apartment booked for a month, having no contact from the company, after my intervention they cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. I was assured I will be given another apartment same class, but nobody contacted me. I went myself to the office but they said they have nothing to offer at once, so I needed to move and move and move again to much lower standatd 1room apartments in a cellar or at the attic instead of 2 rooms with a balcony. Being a new person in CH and waiting for most of the documents comming via post it was a nightmare. Moreover Visionapartments promised to pay my taxi from one place to another. They gave me a prepaid card for 20chf, that covered half way from the first place to another, but not the second move. My worst customer service experience ever. Not reliable at all. Stay away!

Very stupid service. The responses from their employees and managers are so rude. I hope no one really considers to stay in this hotel any further.
