I have bought several pieces in the last couple of years and I'm very pleased with Voogmechic jewelry. I can wear it along with my real diamonds and you can't tell the difference. The sparkle is beautiful and doesn't dull. I'm also pleased with their Customer Service. They are very quick in responding to any questions or concerns. I have had lots of compliments when I wear this jewelry. The pieces are beautiful.
I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Voogme!! Recently I had to reach out to customer service to mention that one of the threaded posts on my recently purchased earrings wasn’t holding and locking the earring back. Voogme Customer Service offered to replace the earrings at no charge! I’ve been a repeat customer, but I was just thrilled that I had gotten such great service!!!
DO NOT ORDER from this company! Customer service is TERRIBLE…they are located in China and only respond maybe every 24 hours at best. And they get nothing accomplished except wasting your time via email with ‘nothing’ responses such as trying to get you to select another item. Then when I said I didn’t not want any other items which took over a week of going back and forth with them, they tell me I have to pay $30 to return the necklace. I said no and they said they would then allow me to pay $15. Very sketchy company! And the kicker is.. I am still going back and forth with them via email to return the 2 items and get my money back (almost 2 months later). I ordered a sterling silver link necklace and a 4 prong pair of stud earrings. The studs were too large but looked okay otherwise and the necklace looks cheap. I am out $300 now but I am still arguing with them for refund. The latest is they want me to pay $15 per item for return upfront and THEN they will issue me the refund on Monday because ‘their system isn’t working right now’. I said just reduce the money you owe me by $30 when you issue me the credit. Honestly, I don’t think these people will ever issue me a credit - even after I return the items. STAY AWAY! SCAM! I never write reviews but feel the need to warn people.
I made a mistake in ordering a ring...also I ordered wrong size...they were so nice and helpful...I then changed order for correct item they were so helpful and I got item before mothers day which means alot to me cause my girlfriends mom died and this necklace is for my girlfriend....my only complaint would be the chain looks pieced together....thanks for being so helpful and speedy....
I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I have bought a few things over the last couple of years and I am very happy with everything. I had an issue with a ring and I contacted them and they promptly replaced it for no charge, even though it was a custom order. They were very pleasant to deal with, responded immediately and communicaton was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for nice jewellery and terrific customer service!
I had a very good experience with a gift I purchased, although they were gorgeous quality, I had to make an exchange to a push post instead of screw post for earring studs. They were quick and responsive in helping me solve my issue! Looking forward to receiving the new pair and gift them. I will definitely buy again and recommend to friends!!
I’ve ordered several items from Voogmechic. Most of the items are good quality and very attractive. The latest bracelet I received had a design flaw. It has a pull cord closure and the chain is so thin that it’s constantly knotting. I wrote to customer service and they said “yes that’s a problem they're aware of” and then told me I could exchange for something else and have to pay my own shipping and they don’t even send a label. That’s poor customer service. I’ve asked for a refund. They’ll probably try to deduct a restock charge on a defective product.
