I bought a pair of earrings from Voogmechic that I had custom made. They are supposed to be D color and VVSI purity grade and have virtually no sparkle in them at all compared to my 10 carat diamond bracelet which is an H color and SI purity grade. I am very disappointed. Then when I told them I was not satisfied they told me there would be a 30% restocking charge; they were overpriced at $770 so the restocking charge would be over $250. I guess I’m stuck with them but I feel really ripped off. I won’t wear them because they look so cheap so I guess I’ll take them to a pawn shop and try to find some real diamonds to have set in the gold setting.
Have several pieces from this company (earrings, pendants, bracelets). ALL sparkle & are beautiful. I wear the earrings every day & they look as good as they did when I took them out of the box! One of my earrings Shepard hook broke & the company sent a replacement.I absolutely love Voogme jewelry! I get so many compliments. I am a customer for life!!
I purchased three pieces in three different orders. All arrived early. All quality moissanite that tested positive by two different diamond testers. Two pieces were silver one was white gold.All are very well made and the silver and the gold are hefty pieces. Well packaged and excellent communication. All pieces laser inscribed on the girdle.Overall, impressed.
I felt compelled to write a review because I recently purchased 4ctw stud earrings and then I came and saw these reviews on this site! I tried to cancel my order because I did not trust my purchase! It was too late to cancel so I had to wait it out! To my amazement and shock, my earrings arrived within 7 days and they were absolutely stunning! I took them to a local jeweler who immediately tested them as moissanite! He even said they were really nice and gave off great sparkle! I had them remounted in white gold because I’m not a huge silver fan but didn’t want to purchase gold up front until I saw the stones! They look like really pretty diamonds! Great light refraction and sparkle so nice! I owe voogmechic an apology!
Within a week bracket safety latch broke off Colour of stones look fake and not mossanite when tested by jeweller Have written multiple emails and get the run around Warranty with this company means nothing Do not purchase from this company Cheap as Chinese fakes” that was - 6months ago and to update the bracelet has fallen apart broken in 2 places - they can have it back to see if they would like to actually investigate - but will assume they know the true lack of quality in their products - peace
