I received my bracelet, looked great. By the end of the day my wrist had completely broken out, I’m allergic to metal. They advertise the bracelet is sterling silver, ITS NOT. I had it checked. So I also had the stones checked They aren’t moisinite, maybe some kind of cheap look a like. These people are selling bad products and they are located not in the US either. They didn’t want to accept the return, they kept asking me to take a “small credit” for my inconvenience. Don’t buy from these people. So disgusted.
I ordered two items, earrings and a pendant necklace. The earrings were fine. The pendant was not AT ALL as advertised or as shown in pictures. It had an ugly yellow hue to it. I contacted them about a return. They took forever to respond THEN they tried to insist that I choose a replacement product instead of getting my money back. I said no. They took forever to give me a label to ship the product back. The tracking number showed that they received it but I still don't have my money back. I have emailed them repeatedly, but they aren't responding. TERRIBLE company. TERRIBLE customer service.
Do not purchase through Voogmechic unless you want to overpay for worthless jewelry. They will not take returns so keep that in mind. I've been trying to return my purchase to this company ,who is based in China, for almost two weeks. Every time I ask for a return authorization they try to talk me out of it and it takes their customer service 24 hrs to respond. I am finally so frustrated that I'll probably have to eat the cost of the purchase. You can buy the same earrings etc on aliexpress for $15-$35 in silver and find the same earrings in gold for like $200 compared to their $600 price tag. This moissanite is unregulated and cheap. It's completely worthless if you ever try to resell it. DO NOT BUY!!
