Voogmiechic is a scammer! I ordered their studs off of Facebook. When I received them the posts were too long and I could not wear them. I sent an email on 02/27/24. they offered an exchange. I emailed again saying none of their earrings would fit asking for a refund. I returned the item as per their instructions on 05/10/23 I sent an email with a picture of the box with return address, of course I paid the shipping. There have been emails back and forth with Voogmie always having an excuse not to send the refund. Today I sent another email with demand for refund along with screen shot of tracking information showing that the return was received on 04/01/2024 at 10:02 am and it also states left with individual. I would advise anyone not to buy from this company as they do not honor their 30 guarantee!**after many months and so much time and effort I finally received a full refund on 05/20/2024. I did receive a canned text apology, I'm not buying it. Beware!On 5/22/24 I did receive a full refund. I am still disappointed in how long the refund took. I am satisfied with the result.
The earrings I ordered looked really cheap. After multiple emails asking how to return, all I got was offers to exchange. I had paid by PayPal and so complained through there. They finally offered to allow a return and gave me the address. I did so, and as asked I supplied the tracking number (it cost over $10 to ship) through PayPal. Three days after the tracking number said it had been delivered I got an email telling me to return the item. I sent them this: “This has ALREADY BEEN RETURNED TO YOU AND RECEIVED. The tracking information was already supplied to you via PayPal but you did not acknowledge it. The package has my name on it but not inside. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deliberately ignoring my request to return, and responding to requests to return only with offers to exchange is wrong. Here is my return tracking proof.”
I purchased a Moissanite 10K solitaire ring. It took over 5 weeks to arrive. I had written to the company customer service prior to receiving a shipped notification asking to cancel the order. And then like magic the next day I received notification that it was shipped. I asked for a refund and Voogmechic wants to keep a 30% restocking fee and wants me to pay and additional $30.00 for a return label. The quality is cheap and disappointing. Weeks later I am still getting the run around for the return address and instructions. I don't recommend this company to anyone. They are not reputable as their website states and Voogmechic has extremely POOR customer service. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company.
Horrible company.Tried to cancel my order within 2 hrs and was told it was too late to do so, all the while they're trying to fund out why and to find ways to change the order. When I told them there was nothing else that I wanted they said "too late its shipped", even though through tracking It was not shipped for days after the "chat" excange.So it was delivered and I already knew I didn't want them as the earrings were to large fir my Grandaughter as it was a gift for her.So I reached out to return them and once again they want me to exchange for something else.I told them I wanted an RMA number to return and have not heard a word from them since.Stay away...shady company!!!
I have purchased numerous pieces from here. Mainly in silver to see whether I liked them enough to buy in platinum. On the whole the silver pieces were fine. But the platinum ring I ordered didn't look anything like the silver equivalent. Also one of the silver rings I ordered the stones fell out at the sides. Not a great company as far as returns go. So buy cheap from here it's really all they are good for.
