One of my magnets was protruding and a lense was loose but the customer service got straight back to me and have now sent replacements to me free of charge I was a bit skeptical due to the first pair they sent me but I have to say they handled my problems out quickly and I'm looking forward to getting the replacements thanks you vrrock.
Sadly, I’m unable to review my VR-Rock’s product because I still haven’t received my order …this is now the 12th day, so much for their $19 ‘Expedited Shipping 3-5 days’Had I known that VR-Rock uses unreliable Evri to ship their products in the UK I wouldn’t have placed my order …guess I should have read the UK reviews here first.A word of advice if you’re from the UK look for a more reliable supplier of prescription lenses
I had Ordered the "Meta Quest 3S Prescription Lenses (Magnetic Design)" with customzied lenses for my eyes (i need glasses) on their website and on my Order it said to be delivered after 6-9 Business days. Today is the 19.01. and the Trackinginformation still shows that the lenses havenot been shipped or even been picked up by the carrier. This is unacceptable, i did infact not even get an information from the seller that the delivery is going to be late. After asking the customer support they just told me that the lenses are still beeing made. Overall i would not recommend ordering here. Edit: 10.02.2025After almost 1 month of waiting the product finally arrived. The product itselfe is pretty good, good lenses easy to insert and remove, but they did not arrive like the promised delivery date 6-9 business days but almost 30 days after ordering. Not getting an Info from the Support that the delivery will be late gave me the feeling that i have been scammed.Overall good product but delivery and customer support need improvment.
i should have read the reviews. bought lenses for rayneo air2s. lenses do not positively engage with the nose piece, and fall off constantly. within the first week, a chip developed in the edge of one lens. i asked for a warranty replacement. they said the best they could do is sell me a new pair at 50% off. i asked if they had any kind of warranty at all. they have not responded.edit: the very day (Jan 5) i posted the review above, i received an email from them offering a free replacement, and asking that i remove the 1 star trustpilot review. i told them to proceed. over the course of the following MONTH, they sent me a half dozen emails, each asking if i wanted them to proceed, and asking me to remove the negative review. each time i told them to proceed. on Feb 3, almost a month after i posted the review, they flagged my review as "defamatory", but trustpilot left it up. today Feb 15, almost a full 2 months after i alerted them about the problem, i received a new pair of lenses. if they had simply sent a replacement and not badgered me about removing the review, i'd have given more stars. but i cannot in good conscience recommend a company that attempts to manipulate reviews by harassing their customers like this.
Please read if you plan on ordering. Rush shipping isn't actually rushed. I had to wait 3 weeks. Also, if you need to cancel an order, do not think you can do it. I went back and forth with customer service for trying to cancel an order 1 hr after placing it. They fulfilled the order regardless and had no ability to cancel or refund. They also do not do returns obviously. I have no use for 2 pairs of glasses that don't really work.The lenses are obtrusive and really ruin the experience by simulating having 2 pairs of glasses on.Edit because VR rock responded and is trying to save face for ripping off people. Separately, They have privately messaged me to try and pay to have this review removed for a fraction of my original payment refunded. I responded stating they should refund both of my orders for refusing to cancel well before production and shipping.1 hour after my initial purchase, I sent my first message requesting to cancel a standard shipped order as I had created a second order with rush shipping as that's what I needed. I have 15 messages of correspondence over the week following the order date where vr-rock refuses any notion of cancelling. I was placated with excuses of "the automated system processes orders within 15 minutes" which is an outright lie as rush shipping took 3 weeks to arrive and standard shipping was nearly 6 weeks. I'm only messaging now because my issues should very well be seen by others as this company isn't one that should be given business.
My item was never delivered as it seemed to go missing in the post, which is fair enough. I needed it as part of a Xmas gift, so I ordered from somewhere else and got it the same week. Contacting the seller was a bit slow to begin with. I requested a full refund as I had bought a replacement elsehwere, but they eventually sent out a replacement anyway. Upon contacting them again, they apologised, said they would issue a 50% refund and i could keep the lenses which is reasonable. The lenses are no good to me at the moment, but at least my friend now has some spares as this was a gift for him.Overall happy experience and I would do business here again as a missing parcel is not the sellers fault.
Update 3: VR-Rock flagged my review for containing defamatory content. As asked I removed some text in my review. Just to be clear Vr Rock asked me previously, rather rudely, to remove my review and even stalked me for a while (mails on a daily basis).But that is not the reason why I'm giving them a bad review (tricks are allowed, keep checking their banner on their website for several days 😉).I ordered PSVR1 and PSVR2 lenses, both with blue light filters. Although they claimed these would be shipped fairly quick I had to ask them what was happing with my order because after waiting for 2 weeks they still hadn't shipped the lenses. Once shipped (took them 3 weeks) however they arrived quick and without any other problems.Upon receiving the lenses I noticed no difference with my other lenses (from VR optician), quality is a bit less the the VR optician lenses but ok. Unfortunately for me this is the main problem with these lenses from VR Rock because their should be a difference. I ordered lenses with blue light filters and paid $20 ($10 each) extra to get those filters on my lenses. However both pair of lenses arrived without the bleu light filter. I checked thoroughly and this got confirmed by a local opticien.I contacted customer support and asked them for clarification. They swiftly responded and said they would look into it. After waiting a bit I contacted them again, haven't got any response from them since.So opened a PayPal dispute to ask for any clarification the official way and asked a partial refund ($20) for the missing blue light filters. No reaction. Evolved the dispute to a claim. Paypal refused my claim because the purchase/product isn't covered by them. So be aware. I think there are other company's with a far better product and customer support. Edit 1: As a response on the reaction below from Vr Rock. My order #21609 but as I said. I allready contacted support. And after an initual response their was no follow up or any reaction on my reminder a week later.Edit 2:For everyone to decide if they are trustworthy or not.The next day after my negative review they answered on my question. "... However, I am applying for a $20 refund for you in hopes of ensuring our customers' satisfaction and that you will be happy. We noticed that you left us a negative review on Trustpilot. Could you kindly help us remove the review on Trustpilot? Your feedback is truly valuable to us, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. If you are still concerned, if you can providing valid evidence and if it turns out to be as you claim, we are willing to refund you an additional $20....."The next day followed by :" To make things right, we would like to offer you a $20 refund and kindly ask if you could help us by removing the review on Trustpilot.Thank you very much for your understanding and support"2 Days later followed by:"Before we process the $20 refund payment, Could you help us remove the negative review on Trustpilot? "To be clear. I haven't got any refund and it looks like I won't get a refund if I don't remove this review.Therefor changed the review to 1 star (was 2 before).
I ordered on 29.10. 2024 lenses for the Quest 3, everything was well described on the site, I sent the order and waited, the package also arrived in Germany but in the last station where it was to be distributed for delivery it disappeared, I contacted VR Rock and asked for a solution, whereupon they started a search order with DHL, unfortunately this was not successful, at some point I received an e-mail that a new package was on its way, it arrived and I was mega happy, the product is well made and I actually have no more eye pain, I actually only wear glasses for driving and didn't know that was really necessary for VR, I am very satisfied with it, I can play longer and read texts more clearly in games. A clear purchase recommendation for me. And many thanks for the good support and for solving my problem :)
I need to edit my poor review below, based on new information. In summary, although my eye prescription is weak (which led me to believe VR-Rock were making excuses for the manufacture delay), when my Quest 3 lenses finally arrived I realised that one lens was completely wrong. I had accidentally given a figure of 5.0 in the order, when it should have been 0.50.They sent me a free gift as an apology for the delay and have offered a new lens with the correct prescription for only $19.I think 4 stars is fair in the light of the original delay and poor communication but overall, I would now recommend them for Quest 3 lenses.ORIGINAL REVIEW==============Look carefully at the 5-star reviewers here, most of which have just 1 review on Trustpilot. My experience is poor, resulting in me having to go to my credit card company and request a refund that way. I placed an order at the beginning of October and noticed that the tracking link showed no progress. I queried this and was told that it was because my prescription was complicated (it's actually very simple and mild), there was a delay of 3 days. 10 days passed and I raised the issue again, receiving EXACTLY the same email in return, word-for-word. Needless to say, I don't trust them, now.
