Review Time
I contacted them months ago to cancel and was assured they had and that no more money would be taken from my account. A few days ago I realised that two further payments had been taken totalling over £80. When contacted I was told I had opened two accounts using the same email. and that the other account was still live. I questioned why any one would consciously open two accounts? I explained that I had been very unwell and was unable to afford these fees. They refused to refund me.
This app is extremely misleading. I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a one-month subscription, only to find that it automatically renewed without any warning or prompt. There was no reminder, no notification, and no clear indication that the subscription would continue beyond the initial month.A service that relies on customers missing renewal details is not trustworthy. I expected transparency, not hidden auto-renewals. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this app until they make their subscription practices honest and upfront.
This is a totally scam thing taking your money without any service. Don't be fooled by by what they say about "losing weight or getting fit and just join", they just need to take your card number and then they won't stop unless you stop your card. Unfortunately I did this but after 3 transactions
The website never clearly stated that they would be billing you with a automatic reoccurring billing and never knew until a payment went out for 2.5 times the original amount. I havent used the service from day one as I didn't have the time to follow it. So for 3 months I haven't used it to find I have been billed on a automatic system and then be told when I asked for a refund it was NO and that was the same day it got taken out
