Don’t sign up. This is a Scam. I tried the app and find out it was not my thing. I contacted support to request a cancellation which they “did”. And 6 months later got a charge of $225.00. They say: you cancelled this, but not requested the mindful thing to be cancelled. THIS IS A SCAM! Don’t sing
Upon sign up you will be given a 6 months free trial for Mindway app, with no details given of how to make use of this app and after 6 months you be charged £176.99 annual subscription which is non refundable even though you don’t have an account with them or their app. I will get a reply to this review asking me to contact walking yoga to discuss privately but can confirm that I have already don’t this and they are not interested in helping or providing any evidence to show their acted legitimately. Avoid completely! I can’t even review Mindway as I don’t have an account!!
I bought this product on a special offer, but was unhappy with the plan I was sent. I immediately wrote to express my disappointment and to cancel my subscription. I got no reply and now I have just been charged for another month. I immediately wrote to ask for a refund only to get a sharp reply saying online orders cannot be refunded unless cancelled previously WHICH I DID. Terrible customer service and I would warn against buying from this company, they are not reputable in my opinion!
I joined a trial program in Nov 2025. My nightmare began, … They imposed an add-on coach service with no sign. Once you have logged in your account which meant you did agree so. You have to pay even you did not ask for nor use this service at all. Ask for money for any function you want to explore further. e.g. your health plans, meals plan. That’s why they keep sending you annoyed pushing sales email everyday. A month gone, you found that they could charge you an ongoing monthly fee USD99.99 without any notice. It’s useless to raise any complaints, they refuse to refund. You need to submit a written request for cancellation. In that case, they could earn the first month fee at least successfully. Noticed many people suffers this auto renewal process. Please alert! You couldn’t do something good on your health but lose lots of money at the end.
