Ook nadat je de eerste app opzegt. Melden bij de Litouwse Consumenten autoriteit VVTAT. Update: Contact with Walking Yoga did not lead to any solution.Subscribing to one app automatically activates a second one.Consumers cancel the first but are still charged high fees for the hidden second subscription.This violates EU Directives 2011/83/EU, 2005/29/EC and 2019/2161.Report this to the Lithuanian Consumer Authority (VVTAT).

Plans suddenly becomes cheaper

Plan becomes cheaper, when you don't buy it at first. Unfortunately the bundle of additional ones are shown at the end. You don't know what's happening till the end of presentation of offers.

Red flags

Red flags 1. No reminder for auto payments2. Subscription fees are as high as USD99 per week. 3. When I asked resend me the confirmation of subscription, they said we cannot send you look into your mailbox. I specifically rememeber I stopped the process midway because it felt like scam but I was still charged.4. When I asked since it was 1-on-1 training can you send me a communication proof that someone reached out to me? They said its not in policy to proactively reach out

SCAM - STEALING - FRAUD

If I could give no stars I would. THEY SCAM you AVOID. I subscribed to Walking Yoga and then cancelled it the same day. What I have only just found out is that auto subscribe you to something else called Mindway for free for 6 months unknowingly and then hit you with a renewal for £179 !!!!! They get away with it by sending what looks like a duplicate sign up email - one for Walking Yoga and one for Mindway. So when you cancel what you did subscribe to - they only cancel Walking Yoga - and not the other one that you did not subscribe to. They then send a reminder that is from a different email and it goes straight to spam and even if you did see it would think it was a scam because you never knew they signed you up for something else. When you talk to customer service / they don’t care. They do nothing - as they know it’s a scam and they have zero interest in refunding you. Utterly disgusting behaviour. They are stealing your money.
