I can understand now why walking yoga gets such low reviews! What a joke. The customer service I have never known anything quite like it. Appalling. They 100% scam you. You do a subscription for 3 months and they charge you under a £10 however those three months are up they take more money from you (£100) ! I’ve complained to them and they have now ignored me! I was charged two lost of different amounts. Don’t trust them they con you of your money. They don’t make you aware of anything, I had no direct debit to come out they just took the money! Not happy at all!
You try too hard to up-sell the experience. I felt like it was a hard sell like when I went to buy a car. I know that some people don't know what they want so they think more is better and they don't add up all the add-ons. However, I know what I want and I don't want or need the extras. I have already lost 45 lbs. I just need to tweak my program.
Scam. They will continually send you bills for services you do not recognize.UPD, after they comment:Nope, they don't need my approval to charge the paymentAnd yes, I've contacted your support - they don't want to make a refund, even though it was the next day after getting money from me
Walking Yoga-ScamPlease be really careful about this app and their subscription policy. I should have checked their reviews (Trustpilot)first before downloading the app.Many people have faced the same issue as mine:I subscribed for a trial and used it for one day as I didn't like it. I checked on the app and google subscription to make sure I didn't get charge, there was nothing so I thought it should be all good.Today I got charged 211€ without any notice. I immediately emailed them for a refund, received a quick reply that they won't be able to do a refund but I can use the app(which is very useless) and they don't email customers to let them know that they will get charge due to their standards!I realised that they are just "copy" and "paste" the same email to all the customers.I hope Google will do something about this scam company!
I signed up for Walking Yoga in June 2025. It was really weak, disappointing and not worth the money so I cancelled in July 2025. I have evidence of this in writing. On 1 Dec £176 was taken from my account for 'Mindway'. I have written to them to ask for my money back and was told that this came as part of my walking yoga subscription. Why was I not reminded of this when I cancelled and expressly said that I do not want any more of my money to be taken by this company. I was assured this was the case. I was also told after I complained that I had received a 'reminder email' 7 days before renewal. I did not receive any such email. THIS COMPANY IS A CHEATING, LYING SCAM. DO NOT BE FOOLED.
