Out of all the bags I own from various brands, this one broke surprisingly fast. I was drawn in by their 'lifetime warranty' marketing, thinking that if they emphasize it so much, their bags must be incredibly durable. That was the main reason I bought it. I was completely shocked at how quickly it failed. To make matters worse, the company doesn’t actually replace the bag—the lifetime warranty is just a marketing ploy.
I've been a massive fan of Wandrd since I saw a photographer with the PRVKE from their Kickstarter in 2017. Since then, I've added two different-sized PRVKEs to my collection, and my partner and I wear the D1 Fanny Pack for all our daily adventures. I have had little to no issues with their products over the years, but if something happens, their customer service steps up, and they go the extra mile to sort you out. They're kind of a huge deal.
Amazing warranty service and I love my bag. After nearly 6 years of usage a zipper failed and they sent me a replacement code within 15 minutes of sending in the warranty request. Would not hesitate to buy anything from this company, quality product and incredible customer service
Huge fan of Wandrd. I purchased the original PRVKE backpack from their kickstarter years ago, and have since collected a few more pieces of luggage, a sling bag and laptop sleeves.I've taken the Duffels and Carry-on Roller abroad quite a few times for 10 day works trips. Everything has held up very well on a wide variety of airlines, weather and odd situations. They're durable, well designed for my specific uses (TV editor, often traveling to work on location), and always don't ever feel over-encumbered. Great bags and customer service.
I've had the bag since 04/2021. Recently a slight stitching defect appeared. I though it prudent to reach out and see what they could offer. Turns out their amazing warranty covered the cost of a new. Completely unexpected and exciting. I really do love this bag, have gotten compliments on it and plan to purchase no other. Always Wandrd.
