I've had a WANDRD backpack for almost 4 years and don't regret a single penny. After daily use, the slide of the zipper derailed and after going to several tailors and even shoemakers who all told me that they could not repair it, I wrote to WANDRD support. Within a few minutes, an email came back with a code so that I could order a new backpack. The company's warranty and goodwill are second to none!I recommend this backpack not only because I love and appreciate it, but also because the company behind it is fair and reliable. Thank you very much! I swear lifelong loyalty!
About one year ago I ordered a Prvke backpack. While I always was very happy with this bag, sadly one of the shoulder straps failed partly (luckily, so no damage was done to my gear).So I filed a claim to their customer service and got a super quick and nice response within 24h with a code for a free new backpack.This experience was brilliant and I couldn't be happier about how the customer service solved my issue.
I love the products - have bought Privke as well as other duffels in the past. Great quality, well designed, and look beautiful. You get what you pay for! And here’s rock solid proof - today I noticed a defect in my 31L Privke bought 3 years ago. Some fabric had given way. Within 2 hours the warranty claim was made and a replacement sorted. Amazing!!! I've been very interested in the Wandrd products for a long time. I think they have the best designs which gives me the opportunity of being organized in a very efficient way, also every product looks amazing. I have All-New Prvke backpack, one tech bag, one laptop case and a rogue 6L, all of them I am very happy using. My All-New Prvke had some stich problems, and they renew my bag instantly, amazing customer support where I filled very detailed claim file, and they got back to me quickly. I trust them %100 percent and so happy that I am using their products and will be a customer forever :)
My original Wandrd Prvke 31 bag developed a slight tear on one of the shoulder strap fabrics after using it as both a daily and travel bag for two and a half years. Concern about the shoulder strap failing I contacted Wandrd support and they responded within the same day and offered a code to purchase a replacement bag. Overall I'm really impressed by the team at Wandrd for standing by their lifetime warranty. Personally, I would purchase other Wanrd products again in the future.
