First of all, if you buy a Wandrd product, you are asked for an opinion. With a system run by Okenda; if it's positive, it's published on the site; if it's negative, as in my case, it's simply ignored. This is not fair to potential customers and may in fact constitute an example of misleading advertising. This is the reason why only positive comments are found.Wandrd sells products that are now obsolete and no longer accepted by professional sellers with a system “mistery pack” in which he promises discounts of 50%, leaving the doubt to the potential buyer of which product he will then find a nice acquired package. Since Wandrd knows the overall quantitative composition of the packages and the buyer does not, the latter is severely disadvantaged and the promised discounts are not effective. In conclusion, you end up paying for an item much more than it is worth.Finally, if you want to return a wrong purchase, as required by EU legislation on web shopping, you must cover the return costs, which makes returning it impossible or inconvenient.........Your answer deserves some clarification.First of all, you had two reviews because one concerns the purchase of a Mystery pack and the other the review system adopted by Wandrd which publishes only the positive ones.Regarding reviews, there are many comments on when that say okenda only publishes positive reviews; for this reason, it is used by companies that fear negative ones. A company cannot legally publish only positive reviews and hide negative ones, as it is considered an unfair and deceptive business practice, prohibited by transparency and competition regulations; it is obliged to show a complete and authentic picture, The fact that you give a discount to those who give reviews is an additional aggravating factor.About the Mystery pack , you proposed a unrealistic and unaffordable only after the following communication that I send you on the matter: ""The Mystery Pack is intentionally sold at a significant discount" .... in the pack I recevied there is not a significant discount. Very easy to prove.The package does not correspond to your notice (included at the bottom) because it could never have a value of 136 euros. I remain of the opinion that your advertising notice is "misleading advertising." Only if it is demonstrable that at least 2/3 of the sales in this category are Rogue 6 and 9 L have different colors, could the opposite perhaps be argued. Otherwise it would be certified that this is a so-called lemon sale. I remind you that your own advertising claims that the new product Rouge V2 4 L is significantly better quality and has a price on your site of 129 euros, with a wide choice of colors.I remain of my opinion that Wandrd should proceed with a refund upon return.In any case the German justice system, which essentially overlaps with the corresponding European Union legislation, has declared that mystery boxes fall under the same right of return as any other online purchase. Absolutely an amazing company, with the products as described, that has lifetime warranty. I had my bag for almost 6 years, day to day use, and I love every inch of it, sadly the zip broke, but the customer service team resolved the issue and replaced the bag to the brand new product. I’m absolutely trilled that I will continue having it! Recommend to everyone!
Great bags they are constantly, genuinely improving… had a Warranty Claim made in 2013. I forgot about it till now (2025). They honoured it with excellent customer service and no fuss. Superb. Really cool to see a family owned business that stands behind their product like this.
Bought the PRVKE backpack for my college age son to use for his camera equipment and he loves it. He gets a ton of compliments on it and other photography major students asking where it is from. The zipper broke after 2 years of daily use and WANDRD is replacing the entire backpack as part of their warranty. Super impressed!! Great products and awesome customer service. Highly recommend!
Bought there version 1 Prvke 31L bag and after many years one of the seams ripped open. Their customer service was amazing and issued me their newsy model at no cost! They really stand behind there bags. I will also add that I have 2 other bags from them and have been using them since 2017. They make amazingly designed and quality items. And they are always looking to improve. Can’t recommend them enough!
This company has one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The bottom of my DUO packback became unusable after around 2.5 years (the zipper rail ripped off of the fabric). After reaching out to Wandrd's warranty team, they responded within 2 days and immediately offered credit since sadly the DUO is discontinued. Despite this fluke I still believe Wandrd produces great quality products and their care for customers is the cherry on top.
I’ve been using a PRVK 31L pre-2021 model for seven years of heavy use. Recently, it developed a part defect, and the team responded within a day to help with the warranty and get my bag covered. Really efficient service!
I have the PRVKE 31L bag in the last 4 years. I’m using it everyday for photo/video/daily bag. It’s with me all the time. If I wipe it down looks like new with scratches that shows stories. This bag is awesome, once you have it you don’t look further. Quality, usability and style together. It lead me to buy a Veer, Rouge sling 6L and a Tote bag recently. Being in the Wandrd family is an awesome thing. They look after you. Their customer service is second to none. They are going above and beyond to accommodate your queries.
