WANDRD ist a small company that designs and manufactures very special bags. I own 2 of them and I am more than happy with them. Even in case of a problem they made me a very kind offer, and offered to replace my damaged bag. Reason, they don't only promise a lifetime warranty,they are serious about it.I fully recommend WANDRD - they just rock!
Besides the fact the product is great ( I have tried a variety of bags for on-the-go situations and none have carried weight as comfortable as the WANDRD backpack) - the company also has a great customer service team! They assisted me in making sure I got my delivery in time before a big trip, and were prompt with their responses. I fully recommned

I purchased one of the original PRVKE 21l backpacks about 5 years ago. Recently one of the main zippers snapped, making the bag largely unusable. Knowing WANDRD have a lifetime warranty, I reached out to their warranty team and within a couple of hours they'd sorted me out a code to redeem a brand-new bag online.I honestly wasn't expecting a full replacement with such little fuss. Most companies would require you to send back the defective product, which, being based in Australia, I was worried about having to do with inflated shipping rates.Big thanks to the WANDRD Warranty team for being so receptive and helpful. You've strengthened my trust in the brand tenfold and won over a lifetime fan.
This has been my go to bag since I got it. Then the Velcro started coming off and making a mess of the opening. Customer service was quick to tell me that this wasn't covered in the lifetime warranty. But JUST now, when the zipper broke, they were even FASTER to approve the replacement bag and with HASSLE or stress whatsoever. They made a complicated process painless, and I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY NEW BAG!
