Incredible warranty and customer service!I was one of WANDRD first backers on Kickstarter with their Duo Backpack.Although the backpack's build quality, structure and design were perfect for me and I absolutely loved it, the water resistance wasn't really working for me and after years of using it, I decided to look for a bag which is water resistant and looked at WANDRD again only to be reminded of the lifetime warranty.I contacted them to inquire about the issue with my bag and they immediately sent me a code to get a brand new bag.I now have the new bag and it is EXCELLENT.Perfect customer service and unbelievable warranty.
I’ve been using their product lines since 2020 and absolutely love their story, the designs, and the high craftsmanship. Their bags are well thought out and extremely useful for travelers and photographers alike.I’ll reached out with a question about an extended strap for the ROAM sling, and they quickly got me a solution. Their customer support is top-tier.
Their lifetime warranty is amazing. Most companies will say they have one but will somehow find any way not to adhere to it. Not wandrd! I had a zipper issue and I couldn’t close my bag anymore, the claim process was so easy and they got back to me within 2 days with a code for a whole new bag. Outside of this specific instance, I freaking love this company. My bag was still in perfect condition other than the zipper issue, despite using it almost every day for a year. I get compliments on it wherever I go and it holds all of my gear perfectly, I have even hiked with it and it’s more comfortable than some of my hiking backpacks. They obviously care about their customers, which is not something you always see with companies today. I can’t say enough good things about them!!
I bought the PRVKE 31l bag back in 2020 and this year the zipper on the side compartment broke down and I could not close it anymore. I contacted WANDRD customer service to find a possible solution. What came after I did not expected at all! Super sharp response with a solution to ship me a new bag was something that left me speechless. The accuracy and care WANDRD customer service provides is one of its kind. I am definitely buing more products from them!
Their products are AWESOME! I traveled around the world carrying EDC and Gear since May 2019 in my Prvke 21 and I FUGGIN LOVE IT!! Their backpacks are made with awesome materials that last and resist to the baddest things (but not, it’s non bulletproof 😅) and you can trust me, my Prvke was my companion from the Namibian bush to the iced land of Icelands, going through wet boat transfers in Indonesia and the chaotic streets of Tokyo! I’ve never tought to spend this amount of money for a backpack, but after many years I don’t regret it any penny of that!And if you have any functional problem with the backpack, the lifetime warranty will save you because they will fix it or replace your backpack as it’s happening to me…I’m in love with WANDRD!
Damage claim was handled super fast and friendly, ended up getting a replacement product because the damage was unrepairable - they are true to their lifelong warranty claim, would definitely recommend if in the market for some quality bags (mine lasted 6 years of daily commute)
Love this company. Been buying bags from them since they’ve started in Kickstarter. The first bag I’ve got from them is the Prvke - Gen 1 at present I’m still using it with no complaints. The recent item I’ve got from them was Rogue 9L and now I’m eyeing the travel pack. By the way just filed a claim recently and the’ve responded promptly and offered a solution for it. The best ever bag i ever had, I just got my ROUGE 9L Sling bag, and very satisfied with it. This is the 2nd time I bought from WANDRD, and i love the quality, the design and it is very stylish.
