We had Superfoil installed in our loft. Sam and Harry were brilliant installers. They were so tidy and did a great job. Very pleased with the company overall 🙂

100% recommend Sam and Harry

Sam and Harry came out to do all the insulation, treated the timbers, fitted the foil and new insulation in the loft in my mum's house. They were on time even though they travelled from Nottingham and were really friendly explaining what they were doing. They did a great job and worked really hard and made sure they cleaned up after themselves and the price was really good too.We would definitely recommend Sam and Harry to anyone who needs the work doing. Well done guys. If we could give them a 10 star rating we would.

Poor Workmanship …

Warmer Solutions beware this company may give you a good deal but, customer service, and workmanship are both poor.Work started on 4 Feb & finished on 7 Feb to a disgusting level by 3 x workmen I could not believe the state they left our loft in!Dirt/rubble and bits of board flooring left everywhere.Flooring laid at different levels and some sections not even screwed in.Boards laid any how, no care or attention given.Excess lagging thrown around the sides of the area.New loft hatch frame moved when gaining access and not boxed in fir a finish!! Nothing like the image they advertise in their brochure.2nd team arrived on Friday 14 Feb to sort out the mess. Worked hard and able to fix many of the snags to an acceptable level. Not fantastic but 100% better than the 1st team.It took my husband and I, all day today to clean and sort out all the issues we highlighted to turn our loft into the area we paid for and expected.So disappointing!!WE were not able to see the work started or completed due to the first team locking off the hatch door and telling us we could not open the door for 48 hours, while they made their quick getaway.Complaints email sent straightaway, spoke to Ryan MD who was happy to discuss issues raised, but failed to fully inform 2nd team of our expectations. Russell (2nd Team) worked hard to repair the work having to pop out twice to get more materials but happy to comply and showed me every change made until the repairs were of an acceptable level. Taking a day to resolve and not the 2 hours expected!During this time we received over 4 x telephone calls chasing the final payment from the Payments Team who were not informed of our dispute. Clearly no effective communication present.Managed to get a discount on the final payment due the 1st team's accident with a bedroom ceiling. It was their 2nd accident that week!! They promised to repair this to a high standard but left the plaster tape showing which the 2nd did their best to patch up but it still wasn't perfect.Trading Standards contacted all issues noted. Beware it's all about the money and not the care with this company.Please be warned and check out our video of our horrendous experience.2 stars given for Russell's patience and efforts to turn this mess around which was appreciated 🙏 .

Fantastic professional job

Joe and Sheldon arrived on time and introduced themselves, they put on protective shoes straight away and dust sheets to protect the carpets all the way to the loft . They worked quietly and professionally throughout. They completed the work and cleaned all the carpets before they left . Joe showed me photos of the work before they went .I can totally recommend this company and these two lads who were a pleasure to have in the house

Very satisfied customeralled in our loft…

We had SuperFoil installed in our loft and were very satisfied with whole process. Mike W the surveyor explained process and options thoroughly. Gave us time to decide and returned for a second visit when we decided to go ahead. Installation was arranged for a time that suited us. Sam R the installer did a great job. Arrived promptly and completed the job very quickly and efficiently Moved and replaced items in loft himself (in fact can't remember seeing loft tidier). On our experience would recommend Warmer Solutions to anyone wanting roof insulation.

Great company let down by marketing company

Had a cold call from a marketing company working for warmer homes solutions who said that glass based loft insulation was being banned as it breakdown and causes respiratory problems, as does Rockwall. They said there was a grant available to remove the old insulation and replace it with a new insulation as I’d been contacted by Lewes District Council previously I thought this was who was calling, the woman said they would get their preferred contractor to contact me. So a phone call came through and an appointment was made for a surveyor to visit and he would give me a no obligation quote for protectacoat on the exterior walls while he was here. He arrived today and during an initial conversation it turned out that there is no government grant except they will allow the VAT to be removed. The conversation with the people listed above turns to be from a different company they are a marketing company and nothing to do with Warmer solutions. The very rude woman on the phone provides Warmer Home solution with the lead and makes the initial contact. I have been given this information by Ryan who is the director and owner of Warmer Home Solutions. He called me as a result of my original review as he was devastated that an employee was so rude and unprofessional. He carried out an investigation and found it was the marketing company and sacked them on the spot. Both of the people from Warmer Homes who I’ve had dealings with which are Ryan the MD and Jared the surveyor have both been courteous, helpful, friendly and totally professional at all times. When I explained to Jared that I’m on long term sickness due to cancer, he said there was no point continuing as I obviously couldn’t afford any work to be carried out at this time. He fully understood and appreciated our position. Then I had several calls from the marketing company pro-porting to be from head office accusing me of being a time waster and of being stupid for not realising I would need to pay. Extremely rude condescending and utterly unnecessary. A waste of my time as well as the surveyors, but mostly the attitude of the nasty girl from customer service at the marketing company “Super Lead Marketing”. Which resulted in my misunderstanding for which I apologise to both Ryan and Jared. Who I would and will use should I need any of their services DO NOT INTERACT WITH “SUPER LEAD MARKETING”THEY ARE SCAMMERS JUST WANTING YOUR MONEY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Joe and Sheldon arrived on time, were polite, friendly, focussed and professional and kept me informed of progress throughout the job. They worked well together, took care to keep the access areas clean and left the loft in a really good condition.I would recommend them to any future customers and warmersolutions are fortunate to have these two as employees.

Do not engage in conversation, put the phone down .

Hounding calls, very rude pushy person has just insulted me on the phone because I questioned why was she calling my recently deceased husbands phone number , she said how would she know he was dead!! . They hounded me saying that it was be a requirement that all home owners needed to have their houses accessed for energy efficiency. Put the phone down and do not engage in conversation with them and block the number.
