I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to my purchase. The shoes finally arrived, but they are shockingly poor quality, completely different from what was advertised. The website appears to be UK-based, yet it's clearly operating from China. After reading the reviews, it seems that a refund is unlikely. This has turned out to be a costly error, and what was meant to be a special Christmas gift for myself didn't arrive on time and is now destined for the trash. I'm really disappointed 😞
I typically don't remain loyal to a single brand, but this experience has changed my perspective. Every aspect felt high-end, from the packaging to the shoes and even the thank you note. It's clear that they genuinely value their customers.
Absolutely terrible! Avoid at all costs! It will cost you money! The quality is poor. While customer service is overly sweet, they are unhelpful. The shoes arrived looking cheap and uncomfortable. When I tried to return them, they pressured me to spend more instead. After insisting on a return, I sent them back at a high cost, only to have them returned due to an unclaimed delivery. When I reached out for a refund, they claimed too much time had passed. This is unacceptable service. I advise anyone considering a purchase to spend their money elsewhere.
They look lovely on, though the color was a bit different from what I envisioned; slightly duller in reality. Comfort is decent, nothing extraordinary. I probably won’t wear them for long outings, but they’re fine for shorter ones.
