My rating would be a zero if it were possible. I bought the urban leather Mary Jane’s. They look nothing like the photo. They are not leather, they were a horrible tan colour with different colour tips, poorly made and badly misshapen. When I asked for a refund I was offered a 10% refund, then 20%. To get a full refund I would have had to have returned the shoes and it would have had to have arrived in China within 30 days. I would pay for postage and any customs duties. In the end I took the 20% as I’d had enough of quibbling. DO NOT BUY. Horrendous products. Waste of money. Wish I’d seen these reviews before.
I suspect there are some false reviews going on here. The constant communication is AI.This is obvious as it only addresses general issues and not specific. It's suspicious that two positive reviews went on after mine and said the opposite to all the negative ones.All very suspicious The majority are poor and everyone has the same issues.A genuine retailer would address the issues.A rogue retailer will take your money and continue.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company and neither pair fitted. The shoes look nothing like the pictures on the website and the quality is awful.On contacting their customer service team, they refused to refund my money citing “ it is a quality issue therefore not eligible for a refund”.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Please UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES go anywhere near this company. Every single review on here saying this is a scam is correct. Any positive reviews are as fake as their website. You will definitely receive 'a product' It may not be what you ordered, but it will be 'something' And it will immediately need to go in the bin due to its poor quality. You will then attempt to speak with them and it will become immediately clear that they are scamming you and you will never get your money back. They will try to fob you off with a credit towards something else, or a 10% refund. If you want a full refund they claim you must send the item back to an address in a far corner of China and pay the VAT and international shipping. I have formally reported Chloe & Liam to the UK Trading Standards body, who are sympathetic but unable to help as this fake company is based in Italy, apparently. So I have reported them to the UK International Consumer Centre in an attempt to raise a huge red flag on this business operating as a UK business, ripping off consumers who are acting in good faith. Please do not be taken in by their social media ads.
Absolutely terrible quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Purchased mens lace up shoes from a slick and well made webpage. The shoes took three weeks to arrive, looked nothing like the web images. Nasty synthetic “durable materials”. Lace holes are so low on the shoe it is impossible to tighten the shoe so it does not slip on your foot. A truly poor product.
****DO NOT USE****** Absolute con. I have to leave 1 star because I cant leave any less. Ordered my shoes 3.5 months ago, they dont tell you they are shipping from China. I never received so thankfully got a refund from my bank. Then today out of the blue, £60 worth of cheap (really) smelly plastic turn up that I quite frankly wouldn't pay £1 for. They are absolutely NOTHING like they look in the pictures - really nice glossy website but what a RIP OFF!!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE..... They have several different company's under the name of Chloe/Liam so do your research... Liam & Co/ Chloe & Liam/Liam/Chloe. Seriously fraudulent company.
I bought a pair of shoes in August. They claim they tried to deliver twice and the email stated they would try to re deliver. No option for me to manage the deliveries. They were never delivered and they have never replied to my email. Scam. AVOID!
